Bedroom configuration is as follows: 2 rooms have a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom is fully furnished with dressers and nightstands. There are 2 full baths: one bathroom with a tub/shower and a second bathroom with a shower stall.
Renters have access to beautiful beaches on Dune road. Cupsogue Beach, located in the western end of Dune Road, has food concession, restrooms, first aid center, showers and changing rooms as well as band entertainment. These exquisite beaches have been rated as one of the top ten beaches in the country.
There are live shows at the Westhampton Performing Arts Center. Indoor and outdoor tennis is close by and public golf is a 15 minute drive. There are many marinas that offer charter and group fishing trips. There are also nature preserves nearby and town and county parks and beaches.

About the owner: My husband and I have been renting since 2001. We love to enjoy this house with our two sons whenever possible.
Why the Owner Chose Westhampton:
This house was our primary home before children. We moved closer to my family when my first child was born. We decided to keep the house as a rental. Now my children love spending summer weekends here.
