Ideally positioned for easy walking access to Forbes State Forrest, walking/bike trail, cross country skiing and alongside of the downhill ski slopes.
Upon arrival, parking for 2 cars is available directly in front of the home (additional parking available) and level walkway leading to the entry. The main gathering area consists of a combined living room, dining room and kitchen. The master and second bedroom are located upstairs with bath and tub. The gameroom, located on the lower level,has a separate shower and laundry area. Gameroom provides sleeping for 4. Sliding glass door access is available from the living room to a rear deck. Sliding glass door access is also available from the gameroom to the patio. TV's are located in the living room, master bedroom and gameroom area.
