Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms (2 twins in 2 rooms and 1 queen)and lofted den with sleeper sofa and foosball. Large deck off the first floor leads to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
Rental rate includes 2 hours of free tennis per day at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, and 4 bikes. If you need additional bikes, we have a discount agreement with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We love our second home in Hilton Head because it is close to the ocean and all of the amenities in Palmetto Dunes. We also appreciate the fact that it is in a quiet location, not on one of the busier main artery streets. Finally, the layout is very welcoming and the house has a lot of light - some of the Hilton Head homes can feel dark inside.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy biking to the ocean and the tennis center. And the Dune Buggy van will take you or your children anywhere within Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove at no charge. This is very convenient if you only have one or two cars on vacation.

We had four couples rent this house for two weeks. LOVED IT! One of the best vacations we have had together. Beautiful home. Lots of room. Close access to beach.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented the house for a week in the summer for my family of 4 plus 2 nephews and all were very comfortable. The kids especially liked the pool which is actually quite deep and much larger than it may appear in the pictures. Everything was well taken care of and in excellent condition, we will definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends.

A terrific house in nice neighborhood. Well separated bedrooms gave couples and teens privacy. Beautifully decorated. Nice spa/pool. Bikes were great too. We had a terrific Thanksgiving.

The pictures on the web-site does not do this house justice! It is a beautiful home that our children still talk about. They really enjoyed the pool. We made many wonderful memories there. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!
