After parking in Emerald Beach Resort's 5 story secured parking garage you walk over Florida's largest Sky Bridge which Connects you to the Resort. Once crossing over the sky bridge you enter the upscale lobby of the resort. From the lobby floor you can take one of eight high speed elevators to the 18th floor. Upon entering Unit 1826 you will instantly notice the amenities available to you. The square footage of this unit is 934 feet including the balcony. Once in the door the Master Bedroom to your right is furnished with a king sized bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress. Across from the bed there is a highboy dresser and a 40â LCD TV with an HD box. Out the window of the bedroom you have views of the Bay. Just down the hall there are bunk beds nestled into the wall, sleeping two comfortably. On past the bunk beds you pass by the kitchen. In the fully furnished kitchen you will find GE Profile appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a bar that seats at least two. Looking out of the kitchen you are able to see the living room and the view of the ocean. In the living room you can enjoy the 40â LCD TV with HD box and DVD player. The couch in the living room converts to a queen sleeper sofa. By opening the floor to ceiling sliding glass door you are able to hear the sounds of the ocean breeze and waves crashing. Once stepping on to the balcony you sit back and relax and enjoy the view of the beach. All you need to do is bring your bathing suit and your favorite beach toy.

Our family has been vacationing in Panama City for over twenty (20) years. We have stayed in different condos up and down the beach. We got the opportunity to purchase our condo at Emerald Beach Resort and we all knew this was where we wanted to be.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our family enjoyed decorating our condo to feel like our home away from home. Since we have stayed in so many different condos (some great and some not so great), we wanted to offer our guests everything that they would need while on vacation. Our kitchen is fully stocked and we have large screen t.v.'s (2) with cable. Our view of the ocean is beautiful from the 18th floor. We are sure anyone would enjoy their time there.

The Terry's condo was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and has everything you need. The kids loved the bunk beds. The king sized bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home with me! The pools were great and we spent a lot of time there since the ocean had a lot of seaweed on our stay. The balcony was perfect for sitting outside to watch the waves and see the marine life swimming in the ocean, one morning we saw a sea turtle! Will definitely stay here again on our next PCB trip! Thanks!

This was a great property with fantastic view and lots of amenities. The condo was extremely clean, modern, and spacious. View is fantastic and we took full advantage of the balcony view with every opportunity. We spotted dolphins and rays from our view of the beach more than once. There were many family oriented activities and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The owners are very nice to work with and made sure our vacation was enjoyable and worry-free. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony while I was waiting for my daughter and granddaughters to wake up in the morning. I loved the GE profile appliances and will probably replace my dishwasher with one when the time comes. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived and Becky always responded quickly when I emailed with questions. When I got back to work I found out that a coworker had stayed at Emerald Beach this spring with friends and she wanted info on your condo so that she and her husband could contact you for a future stay. Since I was traveling with teenagers, I think we went to Pier Park 4 different times during our week stay! Thanks for your hospitality.

I cannot say enough about this condo. Everything from the bed & linens to the utensils in the kitchen were top notch...definitely what you want on vacation. Who wants to spend a week on vacation with less than what you would have at home....you definitely won't here! The decor was spectacular...I love all the small details, especially all the hooks everywhere to hang towels, swimsuits, etc. It seemed like eberything was very well thought out. The resort itself was very nice. Loved having an onsite Starbucks! With 2 little girls the pools were super nice and well maintained. The activities the resort had lined up were great for my 7 year old...she had a blast! The beach chairs were also an added bonus, it was nice not to have to lug our own down to the beach everyday! One last perk was having the valet service...we had 2 carts full of luggage, food, and baby supplies for our 2 month old and it was so nice to have someone to help us unload and take it straight to our room for us! Thanks again for having such a wonderful place for us to vacation in, we will definitely refer your condo to all our friends!

We stayed at EBR last week and it was an outstanding experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful. The condo itself was very, very nice, clean and was exactly what we needed. The photos on the web site really didn't do it justice. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. (in fact,I already have!). My husband and I look forward to doing it again.

This is a great condo, very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. Becky is great,we rented at the last minute and she was very responsive and got everything to me that we needed. Everything was done before we got there so no need to check in with anyone, just go straight the unit and enjoy the great view!

Mother's Day getaway

For mother's day this year we decided to take a trip to PCB with our kids. It was a short trip but we had a really good time, especially in this condo. As soon as we walked in we were delighted at home welcoming the decor was and how clean the unit was. We bought groceries during our stay and cooked meals in the condo. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The resort is very family oriented and the starbucks was a plus! Our view of the beach was beautiful, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were a lifesaver since we didn't bring our own. We thoroughly enjoyed our Mother's day getaway and plan on making it a yearly tradition! Mrs. Terry was very hospitable and helpful, and we look forward to doing business with her in the future.

We stayed in this condo for the month of March, 2011. We had a great time! The condo is beautiful and the view from the 18th floor balcony is unbelievable. We sat many evenings and watched spectacular sunsets and had our morning coffee watching the ocean. The condo is equipped perfectly. We did not have to bring anything but our personal belongings. The bed is comfortable and the big screen TV's in the living area and bedroom was great. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs provided on the beach. That made the beach so much more enjoyable.
