After parking in Emerald Beach Resort's 5 story secured parking garage you walk over Florida's largest Sky Bridge which Connects you to the Resort. Once crossing over the sky bridge you enter the upscale lobby of the resort. From the lobby floor you can take one of eight high speed elevators to the 18th floor. Upon entering Unit 1826 you will instantly notice the amenities available to you. The square footage of this unit is 934 feet including the balcony. Once in the door the Master Bedroom to your right is furnished with a king sized bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress. Across from the bed there is a highboy dresser and a 40” LCD TV with an HD box. Out the window of the bedroom you have views of the Bay. Just down the hall there are bunk beds nestled into the wall, sleeping two comfortably. On past the bunk beds you pass by the kitchen. In the fully furnished kitchen you will find GE Profile appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a bar that seats at least two. Looking out of the kitchen you are able to see the living room and the view of the ocean. In the living room you can enjoy the 40” LCD TV with HD box and DVD player. The couch in the living room converts to a queen sleeper sofa. By opening the floor to ceiling sliding glass door you are able to hear the sounds of the ocean breeze and waves crashing. Once stepping on to the balcony you sit back and relax and enjoy the view of the beach. All you need to do is bring your bathing suit and your favorite beach toy.

Emerald Beach Resort embodies sensible luxury including amenities such as heated beachfront pool and hot tub with tiki bar. Two heated Floridita pools and a jacuzzi.   • Thank you Becky for sharing your wonderful condo and helping us have a great vacation in Panama City Beach. Your condo is well decorated and well apportioned with all supplies to make this a "home away from home" for any visitor. You also were very easy and professional to work with when scheduling. The Emerald Beach is a very nice and new resort which we can highly recommend to all visitors to PCB. As most of the other guests mentioned, we enjoyed breakfast and lunch from either the great view on the balcony or from the conveniently provided beach chairs. If anyone is looking for a more upscale dinner out, we recommend the Firefly Cafe in The Shoppes at Edgewater. We make it to PCB most years and plan on staying here again.

  • The condo is wonderful, everything you need is right at your fingertips. Plus it is decorated beautifuly. The veiw is awesome. We saw schools of fish swimming and sting ray swimming from the balcony. Most days we ate breakfast and lunch on the balcony, it was so relaxing. This was the best vacation we have had in Panama City. Thank you Becky we will definatly rent again. Oh I forgot to mention the beds are awesome. Definatly didn't have to worry if we would get a good night of rest.

  • We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was great! Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Loved walking to Starbucks in the morning. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The beach chairs were a nice compliment to a great stay- thanks! The view was amazing...we watched stingray schools swim from the balcony. This was the best beach vacation we have had and we go three times a year! Thanky you Becky for everything! We will book again!!!!!

  • WOW! What a wonderful condo! I've stayed in many and most are furnished with the same ole "wicker beach furniture", but not this one. The living room furniture was very comfortable and so was the king size bed. The kitchen flatware, etc. was not your cheap utensils that you would normally find. The furniture, accessories and linens made us feel right at home. My husband and son loved the huge flat screen TV's! We will DEFINATELY stay in this particular condo again.

  • This condo had it all. The kitchen was better equiped that mine at home! There was plenty of space so we never felt crowded. Also it was very, very clean and the beds were confortable. All that and only a short walk to Pier Park. Being there on July 4th was extra special with the fireworks on the beach. Our family would highly recommend condo 1826 at Emerald Beach.
