We all agreed the Condo is one of the best places we have stayed, so glad we chose EBR. The beach chairs and unbrella was a well appricated bonus. The condo was clean and well equipted. We have 2 teenage boys both almost 6 feet tall and the bunk beds worked just fine for them. We hope to visit PCB again, we had a awesome week at a awesome condo.

The Terry's condo was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and has everything you need. The kids loved the bunk beds. The king sized bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home with me! The pools were great and we spent a lot of time there since the ocean had a lot of seaweed on our stay. The balcony was perfect for sitting outside to watch the waves and see the marine life swimming in the ocean, one morning we saw a sea turtle! Will definitely stay here again on our next PCB trip! Thanks!

Granddaughter's Graduation trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony while I was waiting for my daughter and granddaughters to wake up in the morning. I loved the GE profile appliances and will probably replace my dishwasher with one when the time comes. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived and Becky always responded quickly when I emailed with questions. When I got back to work I found out that a coworker had stayed at Emerald Beach this spring with friends and she wanted info on your condo so that she and her husband could contact you for a future stay. Since I was traveling with teenagers, I think we went to Pier Park 4 different times during our week stay! Thanks for your hospitality.

Great Property!

This was a great property with fantastic view and lots of amenities. The condo was extremely clean, modern, and spacious. View is fantastic and we took full advantage of the balcony view with every opportunity. We spotted dolphins and rays from our view of the beach more than once. There were many family oriented activities and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The owners are very nice to work with and made sure our vacation was enjoyable and worry-free. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Vacation

I cannot say enough about this condo. Everything from the bed & linens to the utensils in the kitchen were top notch...definitely what you want on vacation. Who wants to spend a week on vacation with less than what you would have at home....you definitely won't here! The decor was spectacular...I love all the small details, especially all the hooks everywhere to hang towels, swimsuits, etc. It seemed like eberything was very well thought out. The resort itself was very nice. Loved having an onsite Starbucks! With 2 little girls the pools were super nice and well maintained. The activities the resort had lined up were great for my 7 year old...she had a blast! The beach chairs were also an added bonus, it was nice not to have to lug our own down to the beach everyday! One last perk was having the valet service...we had 2 carts full of luggage, food, and baby supplies for our 2 month old and it was so nice to have someone to help us unload and take it straight to our room for us! Thanks again for having such a wonderful place for us to vacation in, we will definitely refer your condo to all our friends!

Panama City Vacation

We stayed at EBR last week and it was an outstanding experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful. The condo itself was very, very nice, clean and was exactly what we needed. The photos on the web site really didn't do it justice. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. (in fact,I already have!). My husband and I look forward to doing it again.

This is a great condo, very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. Becky is great,we rented at the last minute and she was very responsive and got everything to me that we needed. Everything was done before we got there so no need to check in with anyone, just go straight the unit and enjoy the great view!

Mother's Day getaway

For mother's day this year we decided to take a trip to PCB with our kids. It was a short trip but we had a really good time, especially in this condo. As soon as we walked in we were delighted at home welcoming the decor was and how clean the unit was. We bought groceries during our stay and cooked meals in the condo. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The resort is very family oriented and the starbucks was a plus! Our view of the beach was beautiful, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were a lifesaver since we didn't bring our own. We thoroughly enjoyed our Mother's day getaway and plan on making it a yearly tradition! Mrs. Terry was very hospitable and helpful, and we look forward to doing business with her in the future.

Birthday Vacation

We stayed in this condo for the month of March, 2011. We had a great time! The condo is beautiful and the view from the 18th floor balcony is unbelievable. We sat many evenings and watched spectacular sunsets and had our morning coffee watching the ocean. The condo is equipped perfectly. We did not have to bring anything but our personal belongings. The bed is comfortable and the big screen TV's in the living area and bedroom was great. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs provided on the beach. That made the beach so much more enjoyable. One Great Week

Our week was GREAT! Not a cloud in the sky all week. The sand is still white(no tar balls on this beach). It was very crowded, but I figured this is because so many other beaches that some of those people would normally have went to were either closed or tar balled. I say all that to say this- every morning we walked down to the beach and straight to our (let me repeat- OUR) chairs that were waiting on us, so we didn"t have to fight for a "good" spot. Ours was waiting on us. The view from the balcony was GREAT! The condo itself was well stocked with everything you could need, and the master bed was SOOO nice. We loved our stay and will hopefully be staying next year too.

Thank You Becky for sharing your PC condo with us. It was beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed. This time it was just a week a way with one of my long time friends. We went strictly to relax. We did just that. There was never a need to do anything other than beach, pool and condo. We only left once for dinner. Gorgeous and Awesome!

Take my word for it, this is the condo to be in!! The view is awesome and that's just upon entering this beautiful place. The whole place makes you feel at home, possibly better than home. It is very tastefully decorated and there is everything and more you can need for your stay. The bed was confortable (usually a deal breaker for me). Clean and immaculate with an excellent view from the terrace. It is an experience to wake up with a good cup of coffee and a beautifull ocean view. My family and I had a great time here. Becky was extremely efficient with the emails, letter and information needed prior to arrival. She even called on the day of our arrival to notify us of a problem she was taking care of already. You just have to experience the good treatment for yourself. The only complaint we had, was the extremely slow elevator service without AC in them. Only 2 were working the weekend we arrived and it was an extreme inconvenience. But once we settled in, all was on the up and up. The pools are great, the kids loved them! The Pier Park has a little for everyone, from shopping, to food, to activities for kids including movie theather and fair type games. Beware, money is a must for this outing. We really enjoyed the service and atmosphere at Sharky's Beach Club. Great adult beverages but lots of fried food : ( The kids enjoyed being able to walk out to the beach after the meal. During our stay, hurricane Alex made an appearance, but we still managed to have a great time. We found other activities for the kids such as Ripley's Believe or Not & Super Speed Fun Park. Warning: combination of the ocean and laziness, causes extreme relaxation and many naps. For our first true condo rental, we are surely spoiled and we will expect everyone else to be up to par as the Terry's are. Thanks for all & we hope to be back soon (without kids) !! By the way, NO,NO,NO, the Terry's didn't pay me to say any of these things!

The best trip ever!

Becky, what a wonderful time we had at your condo. It was a gift for my 88 year old mother for Mother's Day . . just the two of us and what fun we had. She loved sitting on the lounge chairs on the balcony and looking at the beautiful view. The beach chairs and umbrella on the beach were just what we needed to be able to stay out all day long together. We were out of the condo by 9:00 and such an easy walk to our spot on the beach. When we left the beach at 2:00 each day we stopped at the pool for about 30 minutes. I swam a little to cool off and my Mom loved sitting in the shade and listening to the music coming out of the Tiki Hut. We needed nothing . . the kitchen had it all. We cooked some and ate out some. Great restaurants just a mile away at Pier Park and the cutest shops! We started our week by going to Buddy's Seafood Market (just two miles away) and buying a whole key lime pie . . delicious and it lasted the two of us all week! The king size bed/mattress was amazing! You thought of it all . . big screen TVs, wireless internet, and then whole place soooo clean and spotless. This is a trip I will always cherish as a special memory with my sweet Mom and one that I hope the two of us can do every year. Thank you, Becky.

Thank you Becky for sharing your wonderful condo and helping us have a great vacation in Panama City Beach. Your condo is well decorated and well apportioned with all supplies to make this a "home away from home" for any visitor. You also were very easy and professional to work with when scheduling. The Emerald Beach is a very nice and new resort which we can highly recommend to all visitors to PCB. As most of the other guests mentioned, we enjoyed breakfast and lunch from either the great view on the balcony or from the conveniently provided beach chairs. If anyone is looking for a more upscale dinner out, we recommend the Firefly Cafe in The Shoppes at Edgewater. We make it to PCB most years and plan on staying here again.

The condo is wonderful, everything you need is right at your fingertips. Plus it is decorated beautifuly. The veiw is awesome. We saw schools of fish swimming and sting ray swimming from the balcony. Most days we ate breakfast and lunch on the balcony, it was so relaxing. This was the best vacation we have had in Panama City. Thank you Becky we will definatly rent again. Oh I forgot to mention the beds are awesome. Definatly didn't have to worry if we would get a good night of rest.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was great! Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Loved walking to Starbucks in the morning. The staff was always friendly and helpful. WOW! What a wonderful condo! I've stayed in many and most are furnished with the same ole "wicker beach furniture", but not this one. The living room furniture was very comfortable and so was the king size bed. The kitchen flatware, etc. was not your cheap utensils that you would normally find. The furniture, accessories and linens made us feel right at home. My husband and son loved the huge flat screen TV's! We will DEFINATELY stay in this particular condo again.

This condo had it all. The kitchen was better equiped that mine at home! There was plenty of space so we never felt crowded. Also it was very, very clean and the beds were confortable. All that and only a short walk to Pier Park. Being there on July 4th was extra special with the fireworks on the beach. Our family would highly recommend condo 1826 at Emerald Beach.

For the second year we drove from Illinois to stay in this wonderful condo on the beach. The amenities and hospitality of the condo owners is second to none. What a great week! We stayed in condo 1826 and it could not have been nicer. It was amazingly clean and comfortable. The flat screen TV's with on demand cable, beautiful furniture and gorgeous view made being in the condo so enjoyable. The heated pool and complimentary beach chairs were an added bonus. This place has it all. We will definitely be back!

Just got back from a wonderful week in Panama City! Enjoyed staying at the Emerald Beach condos- walked out each day directly onto the beach and/ or the heated pool. Our stay in room 1826 was relaxing after a day in the sun. We cooked in a few nights and toured Pier Park the other nights(dined at Back Porch-two thumbs up) Very pleased with the condo - awesome view! Looking forward to going back!
