My husband & I rented this home over the summer with 14 of our friends (+ our 3 yr. old daughter & Jack Russell, Jake). We absolutely LOVED this property - highly recommended! The pictures do no justice! In person, it really is amazing! In fact, our entire vacation was amazing! Since one of our friends is in culinary school, he spoiled us with quite a few home-cooked meals while we were there. He was impressed with how clean & well-stocked the kitchen was. He even used the gas grill outside to make burgers one afternoon while we were relaxing by the pool. We had the pool heated for the week since I can't stand the cold temps the older I get. By the end of the week, I realized what a great idea it was to decide to get it heated because it allowed my daughter & I to finally ENJOY the water together! And the rest of the crew got to enjoy some night swimming too! The guys loved the garage area where the ping pong table is located. Great idea! The house has a key-less entry so we didn't have to hassle with picking anything up before arriving. We were given a code & when we arrived, we easily programmed our own. Another great idea! We were given our car passes on the way in & went straight to the house! As soon as we got there, we followed the path to the beach. Having the beach in walking distance, with no roads to cross, was definitely a plus for me since we had our daughter. I loved the fact The Dunes House was conveniently located near the path because we were able to use the restrooms without having to hurry back to the house! This was one of the best vacations my husband & I have ever taken. THANK YOU so much for welcoming us into your beautiful home. A big thanks to Tyla too. She was wonderful to work with. She was very informative, prompt to respond back to my e-mails & even called to check on us. A lot of memories were made at this home so I am anxiously waiting to return!

This property was amazing! We had 18 people stay in this gorgeous home and had plenty of space for everyone. The home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. We loved the pool and ping pong table. The walk to the beach was very quick. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Stayed at this home in May. Fantastic experience. Beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Close to everything - beach, bike rentals, restaurants. All a walk. Cannot wait to return.
