Coronado is a resort island. San Diego has almost any recreation activity you could want. Also visit Mexico it's about 30 minutes away.
The house is about 4000 square feet with high quality furnishings. It is 1 Block from the Beach and 2 from Hotel Del.
The house has five bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths and also two sofa sleepers, three TV areas, living room, formal dining room and a very large granite kitchen with a barstool eating area, as well as a seperate breakfast nook. It also has 2 laundry areas one upstairs and one down, each with a washer and dryer.
If you are traveling with friends or have a need for a bit more privacy...the downstairs bedroom, bath, sitting room, and laundry can be locked off and has it's own entrance as well.
We absolutely do not allow pets of an kind because of the owners allergies.
The weather is good year around but the summer and fall are the warmest. Our rental rate varies based on the time of year you wish to visit. Inquire about long term rates for winter and spring!
