  Second time staying at the villa. It was so convenient to Disney and Legoland. Three families met up and had plenty of room. It was nice not having to pack all the baby items that you have to take on trips. Thanks again for the lovely place Livia! I am sure we will be back again in a year or two. We tell everyone about your place. We actually got to use the pool this time!   The pictures online are awesome, however, they don't do any justice to seeing it in person. We were extremely pleased with this vacation home and all it had to offer us. It was baby equipped with all we needed for our 18 month old grandbaby. The pool was right in front of the house. Washer, dryer and all we needed to complete our stay. The bathrooms even had shampoo and conditioner, these are things you always pack and this house had it all. We have rented houses in which we have to bring our own sheets for the beds. We will defintely rent again and recommend it to family and friends. Defintely done right by these owners!   When we were planning another vacation in Orlando for Christmas 2012 last year, there was no doubt that we would love to spend this holiday in Livia’s house in the Seven Dwarfs Lane again. Luckily we were able to hire it and spent two wonderful weeks in it. It is comfortable, well equipped, close to all the attractions (10 min), shops, restaurants and all the fun there is. The house is an oasis of calm among the crowds who populate the World of Disney. This time we visited all the Disney parks, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Centre and Blizzard Beach (waterpark), Medieval Times (dinnershow) besides of course frequently the Premium Outlet Center in Buena Vista and Celebrations. It was also nice to come home to the house after a tiring day and take a dip in the pool or be lazy in the house itself. It is really the best place in Orlando/Kissimmee you can stay during your visit of Disney World. Thank you Livia and I’m sure that we will visit the house again in the near future…..

  We were happy with the villa. We ussually stay in WDW, but since there were seven of us, we decided to rent a townhouse. We stayed nine nights. The drive to WDW was ok, but lots of lights and traffic can change a few miles into about a 20 minute plus drive at times. We did not do any cooking or grilling, but it looked fine for it. We appreciated having beach towels supplied so we did not have to bring or buy them. The baby equipment was also appreciated. Except for the stroller, everthing worked fine. On an overall basis, we saved a lot of money staying here vs. staying at WDW. It is difficult to compare the two due to the amenities of staying at WDW, but the villa would win if you are looking for space and value. As a side note, I forgot my cell phone at the villa and did not realize it until we got to the airport. I called "Just Villas" the company that maintains the property for the owners and their cleaner had found it and turned it in. They shipped it back to me. I was so happy to see my phone, that I have sent a money order to cover the shipping (which they did not ask for) and sent extra dollars to buy the person who turned it in lunch. I believe in honesty and can say that I trust the owners of the villa and the maintenance company they use to take care of it. Reserve the place, you will be happy with it. :)

  I recently stayed at this home in March 2012. I was very skeptical after reading other reviews from people who rented places elsewhere in this condominium complex. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The home was clean, and had all the ammenities neccessary to make this a wonderful vacation. I really appreciated the things that were in the home to make my children more comfortable (games, strollers, toys, etc) The location within the complex was PERFECT! We were able to watch the kids from the window while they hung out at the pool, and we were able to bar b cue at the park area with ease since we were so close to the house. The area was nice also, it was quiet, and very close to amenities like grocery stores, restaraunts, etc. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would reccommend it to others.

  This was my family's first vacation, and staying at Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane added to the success of our stay. My husband and I traveled with our two teenage daughters 18 & 19, and two young sons, ages 4 & 6; the home was age appropriate for both groups. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay in, the bathrooms were clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked, and suitable for cooking complete meals. I've stayed in some places where cleaning was needed before doing anything, but at "VSDL" I didn't have to; it was already clean. The entire property was well kept, and safe for our family! The overall location was close enough to various locations, but far away enough for peace and quite as well. I would choose Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane for my vacation home for my next Florida Vacation. Thanks for having us...The McGuire Family!

  Two colleagues and I came in town for a business trip. Instead of renting 3 hotel rooms and paying an arm and a leg we decided to rent a house. This house was great. It was cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. It was larger than 3 hotel rooms. It offered more amenities that you would get from a hotel. And the best part is that it was right by the pool and clubhouse. It really was a great place to stay for work or vacation.

  Our stay in your vacation home was FABULOUS; more then expected.. .. spacious, close to everything. extra blankets, sheets, towels, even car seats, beach towels, , blow dryers in each bathroom, ironing board, iron INCLUDED !! you won't be disappointed!! , It was very close to all the parks and fantastic restaurants and shopping. My children loved the pool, playground and sand in the volleyball court. The welcome basket was a wonderful surprise and kept us from having to rush to the grocery store after a 9 1/2 hour drive. Everyone at the villas were friendly and helpful. We would suggest this to anyone looking for a great priced, comfortable place to stay in orlando. Thank you so much for your hospitality
