I recently stayed at this home in March 2012. I was very skeptical after reading other reviews from people who rented places elsewhere in this condominium complex. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The home was clean, and had all the ammenities neccessary to make this a wonderful vacation. I really appreciated the things that were in the home to make my children more comfortable (games, strollers, toys, etc) The location within the complex was PERFECT! We were able to watch the kids from the window while they hung out at the pool, and we were able to bar b cue at the park area with ease since we were so close to the house. The area was nice also, it was quiet, and very close to amenities like grocery stores, restaraunts, etc. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would reccommend it to others.

Our stay in your vacation home was FABULOUS; more then expected.. .. spacious, close to everything. extra blankets, sheets, towels, even car seats, beach towels, , blow dryers in each bathroom, ironing board, iron INCLUDED !! you won't be disappointed!! , It was very close to all the parks and fantastic restaurants and shopping. My children loved the pool, playground and sand in the volleyball court. The welcome basket was a wonderful surprise and kept us from having to rush to the grocery store after a 9 1/2 hour drive. Everyone at the villas were friendly and helpful. We would suggest this to anyone looking for a great priced, comfortable place to stay in orlando. Thank you so much for your hospitality

Fall break at Disney!

Two of my daughters and myself, along with my brothers family, decided we would like to spend the fall break from school at Disney in Kissimee, Fl. After some great experiences using VRBO in the past, I began a search for properties close to Disney. We looked at several, but when we found this one, the choice was easily made. The house was just as described! There were ten of us, 3 adults and seven children, and the home layout worked great for the large family. The pool and hot tub, located just outside the home, provided much needed relaxation after the long days in the theme parks. The home was very clean, which was a major factor in renting this property. Livia was very responsive with any questions that we had prior to our trip. Aside for some soggy days, our vacation experience was great! Finding such a nice home to rent at a great price made our trip even more enjoyable! We would like to that Livia for allowing us to stay at her wonderful home! When we do go back to the parks, hopefully with better weather, we will definitely try to stay here! Thanks so much!!!

Loved it!!.. more then expected.. is like move-in ready away from your home.. spacious, close to everything. Sams across the street, waffle house down the block can't go wrong with waffle house, gift shops... Just bring your clothes and your set to go.. extra blankets, sheets, towels, even car seats, beach towels, toys, gameboards, ps2 with games upstairs, blow dryers in each bathroom, ironing board, iron INCLUDED !! you won't be disappointed!! pool across the street with a tiki bar was a plus for me :) :) ... pool table in the clubhouse, ARCADES, gym. even went fishing at the lake... my kids loved it!! my 18 year old and my 5 yr. old.. and of course my oldest kid of them all my HUB.. :) recommend this townhome.. FYI: don't go to the walmart down the street, you will never get out of there.. try Sam's, target or another grocery store, but if you have to go to walmart, good luck..!! it's always pack... try the other one on vineyard I think that's the street it was on... This was my family's first vacation, and staying at Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane added to the success of our stay. My husband and I traveled with our two teenage daughters 18 & 19, and two young sons, ages 4 & 6; the home was age appropriate for both groups. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay in, the bathrooms were clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked, and suitable for cooking complete meals. I've stayed in some places where cleaning was needed before doing anything, but at "VSDL" I didn't have to; it was already clean. The entire property was well kept, and safe for our family! The overall location was close enough to various locations, but far away enough for peace and quite as well. I would choose Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane for my vacation home for my next Florida Vacation. Thanks for having us...The McGuire Family!

Favorite Florida Villa is a perfect vacation spot for families. Location is excellent -- close to Disney and very close to shopping, grocery, etc . .. . Location w/in complex is very convenient to pool, playground and tennis court. We were very comfortable -- everyone had their own rooms to relax and get away. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Orlando/Kissimmee.

great townhome

Two colleagues and I came in town for a business trip. Instead of renting 3 hotel rooms and paying an arm and a leg we decided to rent a house. This house was great. It was cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. It was larger than 3 hotel rooms. It offered more amenities that you would get from a hotel. And the best part is that it was right by the pool and clubhouse. It really was a great place to stay for work or vacation.

Voor de tweede keer hebben we ons thuis gevoeld in dit prachtige huis op deze superlocatie. Wat een pareltje onder de verblijfsaccommodaties. We blijven net zo enthousiast als na ons laatste bezoek van 2 jaar geleden. De villa voldoet in alle opzichten aan een meer dan comfortabele ondersteuning van alle wonderlijke belevenissen die Orlando te bieden heeft. Niet iedereen zal voortdurend idolaat zijn van alle parken, maar er is nog zoveel meer te doen. En dat allemaal in de directe omgeving van deze sfeervolle villa in de Seven Dwarfs Lane. Alleen voor de naam al moet je er een keertje naar toe!

I was a little worried, upon booking, that this rental listing might be too good to be true. Not so! We were delighted with this immaculate holiday home! Since we arrived late on a Friday night, we especially appreciated the care package of fresh essentials (milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The outdoor activities (tennis, basketball, playground, etc.) are right outside the door and the closet full of games and puzzles helped us through the one rainy day we encountered. Kudos to the owner and the local property manager for a well kept, well appointed home and their efficient, easy-to-do-business-with attitude. I HIGHLY recommend this villa.

After searching the internet for weeks to find a nice affordable place to stay for Spring Break, we found this property. Our week stay was absolutely FANTASTIC!!. The home was everything we needed to accommodate three very energetic boys. The home's location is perfect, directly across from the pool and club house. Everything we needed for shopping, entertainment, theme parks and restaurants was conveniently located within a short distance drive. Our family love to vacation in Florida and we will surely return to Seven Drawfs next vacation. And the homeowners are very accommadating and has a great management team in Orlando. Once again, we had an amazing time at your Villa. The place is always very clean, and has all the amenities that you could ask for. We had a flu bug go through the family during our second week, and it was great to be in such a well equipped place rather than a hotel room to try to deal with those issues. Our kids now refer to your Villa as our "Vacation Home," which accurately describes how we have felt staying there. This is our second stay, and we will continue to look to Seven Dwarfs in the future, and have recommended it to friends very highly.

We have just spent 1 week in this absolutely great complex. First I want to mention, that the owners are absolutely the most friendly people. They will do anything to make Your stay perfect.First the location of this resort-complex is perfect , for visiting the amusementparks in Orlando. Also it is located in a very quiet area, with a KOA Campground as it´s neighbour. Something which is unusual is, that there are actually restaurants and shops within easy walkingdistance.Ususally You are to get in the car every time You want to go anywhere in The USA. The complex itself is clean, new and beautiful. There are great sportsfacilities, tenniscourt, basketballcourt, beachvolley, playground and the poolarea itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and WARM !!! The house and souroundings are well kept and beautiful. No trash, old cars, drinking or noise on premises. Very nice. A very nice place to leave your kids also. We felt very secure. This particular house has about the best location in this small village. Right across from the pool and sportsfacilities.The house itself is spotless, has nice bedrooms and everything in nice matching decor. Huge bathroom with big jaccuzzi. ALL IN ALL PERFECT !!!

Wij hebben één week in de villa verbleven en hebben er ons direct thuis gevoeld. het was fijn om na een drukke dag 'thuis' te komen. Ook bij onze aankomst de eerste dag, na een trip van 300mijlen, hebben we de gevulde frigo enorm gewaardeerd. De site met fantastisch zwembad, veel groen en rust, ligt ideaal tussen de pretparken en de drukke '192'. Wij waren slechts met 2 personen zodat we geen gebruik gemaakt hebben van de bovenverdieping, maar alles was er aanwezig, piekfijn in orde en uiterst proper. 'Seven dwarfs' is een absoluut goede keuze als verblijfplaats in de Orlando area!jimmy & Karine

Wij hebben een prima tijd gehad in jullie huis, voor de kinderen was het erg prettig met een groot zwembad en speeltuin om de hoek. Het huis zit er zowel van buiten als van binnen zeer goed uit. Inderdaad een prettig uitzich op het zwembad en clubhouse. Met de disney parken in de buurt kunnen wij jullie huis van harte aanbevelen.

Seven Dwarfs Village was wonderful. My family loved staying there....such a lovely "home away from home" and we felt so comfortable there. The clubhouse and pool are great as well. We'll go back there next time we plan a trip to Florida. We highly recommend it.

De meivakantie was onze 8ste keer in Florida/Orlando en we hebben dus wel wat ervaring hier met logeeradressen. Van fraaie hotels tot Disneyresorts, meer dan alle andere keren hebben wij het gevoel gehad 'onze' stek gevonden te hebben. Jullie huis is helemaal af. Huiselijke sfeer in een geweldige omgeving. Van alle gemakken voorzien en midden in het wereldje waar je eventjes deel van uit wil maken. Dit was ook de mening van de kinderen (11 en 12 jaar)en die telt natuurlijk ook! Villa's at the Seven Dwarfs is echt een aanrader. We'll be back.

Each year for the past 10 years, my mother and her 5 girls have gotten together in various places in Florida. We come from several different states and meet for a week. This year we enjoyed staying at the Villa and were pleased with the location, being close to shopping, food places and entertainment spots. It was really nice being able to walk in the complex and being across from the pool/clubhouse was a bonus. The gate security staff was very nice and we enjoyed kidding with them. We liked having our own beds and only two per bathroom. The villa was very nice, clean and we felt welcomed and at home. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

Thank you so much for the rental of your villa. We had an amazing time! The villa was more than we expected! We had stayed in rentals before, but this was by far the best. The kids loved the pools and playground, and even spent time making sandcastles on the volleyball court! Your caretakers are also great. We needed vaccuum bags, and they came quickly with a whole package of cleaning supplies! We will be contacting you to come again next year!

Our family went to Orlando to visit my brother and to celebrate his 60th birthday. This was the first vacation we have taken together since we were kids, and our parents and our spouses all came. We had a perfect vacation. The villa was wonderful: clean, nicely furnished and convenient to anything we wanted to do. It was terrific and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Staying in one place together - the Villa - was one of the things that made our vacation special. We had time (and the space) to visit with each other and just hang out as a family and laugh. It was wonderful.

What a perfect choice this was for our vacation. It was so clean and nice. We had seven people and never felt crowded in the villa. The location right across from the pool/game room was wonderful. We were within 5-10 minutes of Disney (depending on traffic) and 15 minutes from Universal. Unfortunately we did not take advantange of the mini-golf nearby or some of the other walkable places but certainly will next time we come. FYI - when going to Disney do not take US192. The traffic that way can be horrendous. Go instead up 535N and follow the signs to Disney. If you go up 535N and turn left onto Lake Buena Vista Dr. it takes you right to Downtown Disney also.

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in Florida en in het huis van Livia. Na een vermoeiende heenreis met veel vertraging en oponthoud kwamen we midden in de nacht aan bij de villa. Het is dan heerlijk om een schoon huis aan te treffen met reeds opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken die al klaar hangen en eten en drinken voor het eerste ontbijt. Vanuit het centraal maar rustig gelegen huis ben je zo bij de parken, International Drive en op weg naar Kennedy Space Centre. Op onze rustdag hebben we genoten van het zwembad met goede ligbedden en gezellige zitjes. De temperatuur van het zwembad vonden wij prima en de spa was echt een hot tub. Het huis van Livia en familie durven wij iedereen aan te bevelen. We hebben ervan genoten!

Your home was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable, and plenty of room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The close location to the club house and pool area is a definite plus over many of the other villas. We used the hot tub every day! Also, it was great to just drive a short distance down the street to a supermarket when we wished to prepare our own meals. I'd certainly refer to friends, or rent again in the future!! :o)

Notre groupe de 8 personnes (6 adultes et 2 enfants) a bien apprécié la propreté des lieux ainsi que l'excellent état des appareils fournis (cuisinière, lave-vaisselle). La villa est idéalement située sur le site, à quelques pas de la piscine et du centre récréatif. My family really enjoyed staying at Livia's townhouse. The pool was located right outside our front door, and nicely heated. Especially the hot tub was a big hit. The townhouse was spacious with lots of light, the jacusi and playstation kept both the kids and adults in good spirits. Conveniently located to Disneyworld and to shopping. We would definitely return.

Wie een fijne en leuke vakantie wil door brengen in Orlando / kissemmee zal dan echt in resort of the seven dwarfs terecht moeten komen .wij hebben hier een zeer leuke tijd gehad met twee fam 6 pers , het huis van de fam Neméth is in één woord super , het ontbreekt aan niets , prachtig zwembad met spa , zeer veilig gevoel in het resort en omgeving , dicht bij de pretparken 10/15 min auto, wij gaan zeker terug naar dit adres .Fam Neméth bedankt voor alle info en veel succes met huis in Kissemmee. The experience of staying here was incredible!! Livia is a total pleasure to deal with and our rental went off without a hitch. It was wonderful. The home was beautiful, perfectly clean and many amenities were available. I have rented in Orlando a few times and this experience certainly was a total success compared to previous times we have stayed in Orlando. I am recommending to all of my friends and family and will be a repeat renter for certain. Thanks to Livia for outstanding organizational skills that made this work so well.

I had the pleasure of staying in Livia's home for a week in July 2007. It felt like I was at home. The welcome gift was wonderful. The house was very beautiful and clean. The location was great. My daughter was very much occuppied with the play staion game and other games. Also the pool was just wonderful and in a excellent location. I have been to Orlando many times and have stayed at different resort. However I have never stayed at place like Livia's home. I have told people about her home and will continue to request her home whenever I come to Orlando. Very Respectfully Armeatrics Honore'

The complex is really nice and have an excellent localization. We've have being on this complex another times but in another houses, but you can't compare Livia's house with any other, it's pool view, with the best comfort including entertainment for the family as games, movies, high speed internet, fax, printer and an amazing "welcome set" with all you need for your first day when you just come from a long trip. El complexo es' muy bello e muy bien localizado. Ja estuvimos en otros complexos pero en otras casas, pero ninguna casa se compara a casa de Livia, sin duda ninguna tiene los mejores equipos para toda la familia como juegos, peliculas, video games, high speed internet, fax, printer, e un excelente set de "bien venidos" con todo lo que usted necesita para el primer dia de su chegada, pues despues de usted haver tenido un viaje largo, muchas vezes necesitamos salir para hacer compras

The house was absolutely perfect! I am often skeptical about booking online because sometimes what you see on a website is NOT what you get. That was not the case here. Your depiction of the home, it's amenties, location, etc. were right on! The kid's loved the pool and playground and we loved the convenience to restaurants, shopping and the parks! The welcome package was such a nice touch! Thanks for that! The information on places to go and things to do was helpful as well. We visited many of the sights and locations. You have really gone the extra mile to make sure that guests to the home feel "at home". I will tell all my friends about the house and on our return visits, we will give you a call. This was a wonderful value! Much nicer than staying in a cramped hotel for 5 days.
