Others claim to have the view, I PROMISE, you've got the VIEW. Once you stay here you won't want to stay anywhere else. It has one of the best unobstructed views on the lake.
This 2800 square foot townhome features all the amenities of home. It has the most private and secluded walk around balcony where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets no other complex has to offer. And I DO mean no other.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with you own personal parking spot. As you enter your doorway to paradise you will see the most beautiful panoramic, main channel view of the lake.
As you can see from the above photo, this home is elegantly appointed throughout with a stunning full lake view. The kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need with a service for 12. The dining room offers seating for six with an additional four at the bar. But if you just can't get enough of that view, there's plenty of room to accommodate everyone on both balconies.
The Master Bedroom boasts another beautiful view with a full glass walk-out to the balcony, king-size bed, armoire with T.V. and your very own private master bathroom with his and her vanities. Other luxuries include, oversized shower, Jacuzzi tub and VERY LARGE walk-in closet. The two Guest Bedrooms offer, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

We come from a farming background. We live in the country just outside of Quincy Illinois about 3 miles from the Quincy airport. My husband and I have been married since April of 1990. In 1999 we had 3 children, triplets.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Ozark
We chose to buy this condo because we loved the area and our 3 bedroom condo which is located in the same building was not quite big enough to accomodate additional guest and family. We always found ourselves saying," wouldn't it be nice to have a townhome so we weren't so crammed in here when we have guest staying?" So finally this 4 bedroom came up for sale. We said we wouldn't buy anything unless in was in the same building as our 3 bedroom. That left us two options. We've looked at many condos and there is nothing to compare to this. Faces the South, is on the main channel, no condos are across from it and there are no boat docks located in front of the unit. If you can find another condo with this much privacy let me know.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Unique benefits? PRIVACY...........There's not much more to say other than once you arrive at the Ozarks you are there with in 5 to 10 minutes. Close to restaurants and the Outlet Mall. Some who have stayed say it looks like something you'd see in a magazine.

My mom, two sisters, and I all had a fabulous time at the lake in this gorgeous condo! It was absolutely perfect with lots of room and a million dollar view! We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the friendly owners. We will be back!

We just recently rented this wonderful condo, it could not have been more perfect! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious and fully stocked with everything you would need for an amazing weekend with family and friends. This condo delivers everything it promises -- privacy, spectacular lake views, proximity to shopping and nightlife, and a spacious, professionally decorated home away from home. With 4 adults and four teenagers in our group, the accomodations worked out perfect. We'd love to come back next year!

My group of seven long time friends takes a weekend trip each year. This condo has tons of room, beautiful views, nice furnishings and all the amenities that make for a comfortable stay. We have been vacationing at the Lake for 35 yrs(home owners for nine). This is the BEST condo on the lake. The amenities are superb, the location by lake or road is ideal, and the owners are very professional & accomodating. Having two levels of living space and two decks is simply luxurious! The bathroom/bedroom arrangements are ideal-very private-and the furnishings are Five Star. It is both elegant and comfortable. This will be the ONLY condo we will ever rent at the Lake.(Don't reserve it when we need it!!)

If you are a large family or just a few couples trying to get away, this is the condo for you. It is decorated beautifully and is spotless inside and out. The two levels provide privacy if you want it or just extra living space. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo is equipped with all the modern conveniences you could ever want. The owners have all the supplies you will need to make your vacation an awesome one. This is the best kept secret on the lake!
