You won't want to miss this Palisades Point Townhome on Horseshoe Bend with an exquisite Panoramic View of the Main Channel. No other condos are located across from this unit. So when I say it is secluded. I mean what I say. You won't find another condo with this much privacy.
Others claim to have the view, I PROMISE, you've got the VIEW. Once you stay here you won't want to stay anywhere else. It has one of the best unobstructed views on the lake.
This 2800 square foot townhome features all the amenities of home. It has the most private and secluded walk around balcony where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets no other complex has to offer. And I DO mean no other.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with you own personal parking spot. As you enter your doorway to paradise you will see the most beautiful panoramic, main channel view of the lake.
As you can see from the above photo, this home is elegantly appointed throughout with a stunning full lake view. The kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need with a service for 12. The dining room offers seating for six with an additional four at the bar. But if you just can't get enough of that view, there's plenty of room to accommodate everyone on both balconies.

We come from a farming background. We live in the country just outside of Quincy Illinois about 3 miles from the Quincy airport. My husband and I have been married since April of 1990. In 1999 we had 3 children, triplets.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Ozark
We chose to buy this condo because we loved the area and our 3 bedroom condo which is located in the same building was not quite big enough to accomodate additional guest and family. We always found ourselves saying," wouldn't it be nice to have a townhome so we weren't so crammed in here when we have guest staying?" So finally this 4 bedroom came up for sale. We said we wouldn't buy anything unless in was in the same building as our 3 bedroom. That left us two options. We've looked at many condos and there is nothing to compare to this. Faces the South, is on the main channel, no condos are across from it and there are no boat docks located in front of the unit. If you can find another condo with this much privacy let me know.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Unique benefits? PRIVACY...........There's not much more to say other than once you arrive at the Ozarks you are there with in 5 to 10 minutes. Close to restaurants and the Outlet Mall. Some who have stayed say it looks like something you'd see in a magazine.
