Accommodations: The Gondola HAS MOVED into River Run Village and Jack Pine is the closest building to the new gondola. This newly remodeled Gold Rated condo is one of the nicest condos in River Run Village and is located within a few feet of both the Gondola and High Speed Quad Chair Lift. The luxurious 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom condo is located in the Jack Pine building in River Run Village and is the closest building to High Speed Quad and Gondola in River Run, allowing you and your family to easily come back to the condo for lunch/dinner and then return back to the slopes.
Both Ski School and Day Care Center are a couple of feet from our building. The large living, dining and kitchen area (majority of the 1500 sq.ft.)allow you and your family to eat and relax in a very spacious area. The condo sleeps eight with three bedrooms; one bedroom has a king and the one with a queen bed and the third is a twin over queen bunk bed.
There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living room. There are two full bathrooms and a powder room off the foyer. This unit also has a WASHER and DRYER (a must for a family with kids) and is one of the few units in River Run that have this amenity. Upon arrival you park in our underground parking garage and take an elevator to our floor (no more trying to find a parking spot in a snow filled lot and carrying your skis and luggage up to your unit). Condo has also been redone with new furniture.
Condo Features: Secure building. Free Wireless High Speed Internet in unit. Closest accommodations to the gondola and high speed quad lift (only a few yards!) makes it convenient for families who prefer to eat lunch in the condo and still be able to get back on the slopes real fast after lunch. Second floor condo with views of the Snake River and mountains. Deck, gas fireplace, washer/dryer in unit. Very large bathrooms.
Spacious cooking and living and dining areas. Elevator. Heated underground parking. Ski locker on first floor. Hot tub. Two TV sets with VCRs, DVD and cable. Microwave. Dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen. Bike racks in garage. The River Run Village has a heated outdoor pool, several hot tubs, pool tables, shops, restaurants, galleries and an amphitheater. No pets are allowed.
Activities: Downhill skiing (including night skiing), cross country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, fishing, sailing, golf, tennis, ice skating, snowshoeing, horseback riding. Shopping (huge outlet center only 7 miles away). Lift tickets are interchangeable at Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek and Arapahoe Basin with shuttle service to all areas just steps away.
MINIMUM STAY 5 NIGHTS during summer and low ski season
7 nights minimum during Feb, March and April
A one night deposit is required on booking and full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Refund of 1/2 of total bookings if cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival and no refund if cancelled within 21 days of arrival. A damage deposit of $200 is also required, which will be returned after check-out minus any missing items or damage charge.

My family stayed for a week in March, 2011 and found the property to be as described in the listing. It was clean and well maintained (loved having a washer and dryer in the unit) . I also loved having a balcony with a great view. Convenient to the Gondola was a big plus. Everyone could come in for lunch every day. The rental process was easy and the owner pleasant to work with. I would recommend to a friend or relative and would rent this property again. Thanks from Texas and Missouri.

We have stayed at many places in Keystone and Breckenridge but this was by far the best! Loved being so close to the Gondola the teens could just come and go as they pleased and I didnt have to worry about them on the right busses. This condo has everything you can possibly want. Plenty of room for everyone and right in River Runwhere all the action is. Also, thanks for making the reservation process easy too. If we do another trip to Keystone this is where we would like to stay! Thanks for everything guys.

Colorado is beautiful. Wish I could take the mountains, trees and water home with me. Next time, I will fill my ears with more oxygen to avoid altitude sickness but it was worth it. The condo is extremely cozy. Love the decor. Thank you !
