Minutes to lake Sunapee state beach and boat ramp. Many beautiful hikes immediately adjacent to property and great training for bikers!
Winter brings much to do as well with Mount Sunapee 6 miles away, Pat's Peak 15 minutes drive, skating on Chalk Pond, cross country nearby as well!
Cities of New london and Newport are quick drive from the house providing movies, market, and restaurants.
