The property is an easy drive from our main home. It allows us to pop down whenever we'd like for the weekend because it's only about a two hours drive..
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is perfectly situated. The recreation center, with the pool and work out center are just across the street. The beach shuttle stops on the corner and we have great views, with no obstructions.

The unit was like a model home and very comfortable for our July 4th get away! Plenty of parking in front, easy access of the elevator from the garage level, outstanding golf course and community amenities. I wish my family had more time to stay, relax, and enjoy all of the amenities that the community offers. It was very enjoyable, and we highly recommend the unit for your family get away!!!

This place was awesome!. The pictures are good but wait till you see this place in person... Everyone wants to know when we're going back. It was a great place to relax, taking more walks, bike and the pool was directly across the street. We didn't use the shuttle service to the beach which we probably should have but not a far drive. We definitely highly recommend this place and can't wait till we can return and stay longer.... Thanks for sharing your beautiful home...

Hi ! Just wanted to let you know that we loved your place and no one wanted to leave.. The development is wonderful, the perfect place for retirement. I pray that we hit the lottery one day so that we could afford something in the area. Your place is truly beautiful! My granddaughter loved the little girl’s room especially and the master bathroom. Who is the decorator in the family? Any special place that you buy from… like the bedspread and window treatments and the fish lamp… everything was exquisite… We enjoyed relaxing on your screened in porch and listening to the frogs in the evening… and the bike trails and the morning walks thru the development. Unfortunately, we never had enough time to make it to the pool, since Abby wanted to go to the beach, which initially was a nightmare since so many already there, the State Park was filled. It only took 2 hrs to get on to the beach… but everything eventually worked out.. and was wonderful. Everyone wants to schedule a week sometime so whenever we can fit it into our schedules, I will definitely contact you. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.
