The house is hi-tech (wireless high speed internet, DirecTV, 42-inch Panasonic flat screen TV. It's warm and comfortable, spacious, private and airy. It's in an exclusive Hollywood Hills neighborhood of multi-million dollar homes named Los Feliz.
There is a large wonderful outdoor patio atop the garage. Guests love having coffee outside in the morning, reading in the afternoon or cocktails in the evening, and it provides a great view.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum 1 night stay. No PETS or smoking are allowed.
$199 by the day, $1,300 by the week, $2,500 for 2 week stay + $120 cleaning per week or per stay.
