Each floor has a full bath. Master has private bath. Ample room for multi-family enjoyment. Airy and bright open floor plan. Nice Ocean breezes. Basic cleaning included in price. Nearby public walkway which connects to Angell Rd to Scarborough Beach.
Central to shopping, entertainment, dining and water sports. If you're into clam shacks or 5 star dining it's here. Buy lobsters off the boat in Galilee and have your own New England clam bake. Whether you just want to relax or be busy every day, there is something for everyone in this beautiful coastal area.

Year Purchased: 2007
We both spent a lot of our childhood at this beach with family and friends. It still holds that New England charm and a sense of being home to us. You immediately start to relax once you get there.
Why the Owner Chose Narragansett
From an investment perspective it is a popular summer vacation spot, and the academic year rentals are good also. Besides it being a good business decision, we just love the area, know it well, and enjoy being there ourselves.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Unlike many of the homes in the area, we have Central A/C (a major benefit when July and August offer us those hot muggy days). We have a very private backyard, beautiful furniture and great mattresses so we don't feel like we are in a rental property. Every year we do or add something new to keep the house updated and feeling like a home.

The cottage was very nice with upgraded furniture and amenities.The owners were very kind,accomodating and gracious.A perfect location for family and children,big back yard with "bunnies" hopping around,gorgeous sunset off of the deck.Very close to all restaurants,"Iggy's",Spain,Carries etc.Shopping is a short distance away,lighthouses and so much more.I highly recommend this rental,well maintained,superb location and very nice owners! A++++

My husband and I along with our 6 adult children and 3 young granddaughters had a wonderful time in this home. The open floor plan allowed us all to feel together even if one were in the kitchen, dining area or living room. There were plenty of showers, my husband loved the outdoor shower. The house is on a corner so cars going by were slow and the backyard was all wooded. We were within walking distance to the beach so the beach carts that were supplied were such a wonderful treat. We were near to wonderful restaurants, shops and ice cream stands! Lori, the owner kept us updated on things they were doing with the home for improvements and any area specials being offered (restaurants, activities etc.) I would recommend this home to anyone, young, old, with or without children. We are already planning our 2012 vacation! Thank you Lori for your kindness.

Clean, updated, bright and beautifully decorated, this house is amazing with all the comforts of home and more. The location is perfect - the beach was just a short walk away, and great restaurants and shopping a very short drive. Lori the owner, was gracious, accommodating, and very informative. With 5 bedrooms and an open floor plan, our party of 10 had plenty of space for privacy or for biig family gatherings around the kitchen table. Not only would I recommend this rental property to friends and strangers, I am planning on returning again next season with my family and friends!

This was an excellent beach house. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, roomy, had everything we needed, and was an easy walk to a beautiful beach. The owners took extra steps to ensure this house exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to stay there again next year!

When we arrived, the property was neat, clean and in excellent condition. Quiet area of Eastward Look neighborhood with plenty of privacy from neighboring homes. A short walk to the beach (about 7 minutes). The central AC was a big bonus. I would recommend this home to families with children of all ages and will definitely be looking to rent this home the next opportunity I have to spend time in the Narragansett area.
