Whether you just want to relax or be busy every day, there is something for everyone in this beautiful coastal area.

Year Purchased: 2007
We both spent a lot of our childhood at this beach with family and friends. It still holds that New England charm and a sense of being home to us. You immediately start to relax once you get there.
Why the Owner Chose Narragansett
From an investment perspective it is a popular summer vacation spot, and the academic year rentals are good also. Besides it being a good business decision, we just love the area, know it well, and enjoy being there ourselves.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Unlike many of the homes in the area, we have Central A/C (a major benefit when July and August offer us those hot muggy days). We have a very private backyard, beautiful furniture and great matresses so we don't feel like we are in a rental property. Every year we do or add something new to keep the house updated and feeling like a home.
