This is a large house located in a private development. It is excellent for large family gatherings or several families wanting to stay together. The elevation is 7500 feet. It is surrounded by national forest and gorgeous views of the mountains. Many activities and attractions are just a short distance away.

There is so much to do to keep busy. The house is located with the one-point-eight-million-acre San Juan National Forest as your backyard. Fishing can be done 3 miles away with a Pagosa Lakes Fishing permit available at the recreation center for a small fee. Lakes include rainbow trout, brown trout, largemouth bass, perch, and others. River fishing is available in town on the San Juan River. The quality waters of the San Juan below Navajo Lake are world renowned for the incredible trout fly fishing. Trophy hunting is available in the San Juans. Wolf Creek Ski area boasts the "Most Snow in Colorado" with an average of over 600 inches per year! Come play up in the mountains and stay in the middle of it all in Pagosa Springs. You will not want to leave. All previous visitors have returned for another vacation. |
