Westhampton Rental Waterfront Secluded 3 Acre Estate
Drive along the private stonewalled 800 ft driveway and into what Hampton style living is all about. This home is located on three acres of beautiful waterfront property. With six bedrooms (including two master suites) and four full baths, this is the perfect summer getaway for family and friends with all the space and privacy needed to enjoy entertaining and easy living.
The house has hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings and a large great room with fireplace. There are french doors in the great room that open to a 22 x 74 private upper deck overlooking the water. There are two 50 inch televisions with a DVD/VCR and a custom built in stereo system.
The fully stocked eat-in kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and opens to the deck with a gas BBQ. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room off the kitchen. There is also a formal dining room which has all the china and silverware available.
Four of the spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor, one overlooks the water. The second floor has two more private bedrooms each with separate balconies and views of the water; all the linens are provided. There is a loft office equipped with a computer, cable broadband wireless internet service, a printer and fax.
Outside is even better with a 20 x 44 in-ground heated pool and an eight person hot tub Jacuzzi all surrounded by a beautiful stone patio. Stroll down to the 125 ft dock leading to a 32 ft floating dock which can accommodate most any size boat. The dock is equipped with 50amp 120 volt service and has fresh water, cable, telephone and compressed air for all your inflatable water toys.
This fully furnished home with central air conditioning can sleep up to sixteen people, Walking distance to all Westhampton has to offer.

We rented this house in June for one week. My daughter booked her wedding at a local catering hall. My entire family stayed at this house. The house was clean & very well decorated. Perfect for all the family photos. The owner was great. He was very helpful in recommending local restaurants for the rehearsal dinner. He also introduced us to one restaurant owner who catered a dinner at the house. The pool & grounds were perfect for my small grand children. The property is secluded far from any roads or traffic. All the amenities were in working order. The location was close to all. We are planning to rent again next year for a reunion

This property was better than we could have expected. My girlfriends and I rented this house for a girls getaway and we couldnt have been more pleased. The property owner, Brian, was very helpful answering all our questions prior to arriving and he got right back to us anytime we asked a question during our stay. The house had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant especially that great pool. We asked him some places to go and he recommended a great restaurant in town and one of the best beaches I've been to, Cupsogue Beach, be sure to stop at the Beach Hut there and have a mudslide and enjoy the live music. I can't thank him enough because both places were one of the highlights of our stay other than the fabulous house which we spent most of our time at. We will definetly be returning to this property for our annual girls getaway and I would highly reccomend this to friends and relatives. Thanks again Brian, you and your house were great.

My family of 11 including two babies spent a week in this West Hampton home. It was clean and the size was perfect for our family. The house is in a wonderful area, near beaches, restaurants and the charming village center and overall we had a good time. The rental had a few drawbacks. We arrived around 9:00 p.m. and had to go to the store to purchase toilet paper, soap for the showers and paper towels that evening. Those things should be there when you arrive. There was one towel for each person - nothing extra. There were no towels to take to the pool. It took about three days for the owner to get the pool people to clean and prep the pool and hot tub. The electronic key pad entry to the house often didn’t work, so we had to leave a door unlocked or window cracked for alternate entry. The rental period ends on Friday and garbage pickup is on Monday, so disposing of trash is a hassle and cost us an extra $50 since the owner was adamant about the trash being gone but not providing for the cleaning people to take care of that. We did have a great experience with Hampton Baby Gear. The cribs and high chairs we rented were there in place when we arrived and they picked them up before 10:00 the morning we left. Very high quality baby supplies.

I rented this house for one week for our family annual reunion the summer of 2010. My sister & brother both live out of state & neither of us have a house large enough for all the family. We are six adults & five children from 2 - 16 it was great having everbody under one roof..The way the property is laid out is perfect. All very secluded & private & safe. As a child growing up on Long Island my family visted the Westhampton area on day trips. It was close enough, yet far enough away. The beaches & restaurants & shops on Main Street had something for everybody. The owner was very helpful & accurate with the description of the entire process. The house was well maintained both inside & out. The kids played with the boat we rented & docked in the back yard. The adults by the pool & hot tub enjoyed a peaceful week. I recommend this property & plan on making this our annual summer get away every year.

Our family has rented houses out in the Hamptons for years. The property is perfect for a large family gathering. The pool is perfect and has everything you need while the house is nice and clean. The photos are exactly how the house looks when you get in.
