Located at the Ocean Ritz condominums, this condo has been professionally decorated featuring a large open living room and a formal dining area which seats eight. Fully equipped kitchen with a bar that seats four. Two master bedrooms overlooking the ocean. Master bedrooms have king size beds. The third and fourth bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds that could easily make an additional king!! Each bedroom features it's own private bath. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Both Master bedrooms as well as living room open onto an expansive balcony.
There is a pool, steam room, sauna and workout area. An outside shower to wash off a day at the beach located beside pool! Covered parking provided for one car, additional parking across the street. Washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. There are hair dryers in each bath as well as phones and alarm clocks in each bedroom.

This condo was exactly as described. Have been there twice for girls weekend. Going back with family. Very clean, beautifully furnished. This condo is so relaxing. I can't say enough about the balcony, The view is beautiful. The beach is clean. It's close to everything. Most of what we wanted to do was in walking distance. I've finally found the place I want to say when I visit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I booked this unit for 5 women having a vacation together. It was exactly as described and pictured (change in living room furniture but still very good). The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking/serving items. The local contact person for the unit was very nice, congenial, and answered any questions when we called. The location is great for booking activities and amazing shopping near by (Pier Park). Also, two ride/play parks for young ones. The beach was incredibly beautiful and clean. We had our best week together ever!!! Loved it. Definitely - a wonderful place for singles/seniors/families.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was clean and well kept. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips and the beach is beautiful. Walking distance to a variety of stores and restaurants.

This was an awesome place! It was everything the listing said it would be. Clean, comfortable, and well located. All the luxuries of home - plus the view! We will definitely stay in this unit again! LOVED IT!!

We recently rented this condo with a group of five adults and one child. This condo is absolutely gorgeous! If you are looking at it right now, book without further delay! The layout is perfect. Each couple/family has their own space (seperate bedroom/bathroom), plenty of lounging and eating space. There is also a washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms for added convenience! The decor is beautiful, putting you in that beachy spirit. Location is great! Wal-Mart is right across the street, and several bars/eateries you can walk to! Right on the beach, perfect view from your huge balcony! Soft, white sand and emerald green water! What more can you ask for!? Also, communication with the owner/agent was effortless! We will definitely be back at a later date! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation! :o)
