This is a new, 3 bedroom condo on Lake Pend Oreille. It is located in the Seasons at Sandpoint luxury condominium development. This unit has been furnished professionally by Mountain Comfort Furnishings, who specialize in rustic luxury furniture, with top of the line furnishings. 42 Inch flat screen in the living room, 32 inch flat screen in the master bedroom, and a 26 inch flatscreen in bedroom #2. The development has a FULL SERVICE SPA on site, a year round HEATED POOL, and a JACUZZI. Anyone that has stayed at our condo comments on how clean it is and how well it is furnished...we pride ourselves on both aspects! Here is a little information about the development:
A year-round resort on sparkling Lake Pend Oreille in Northern Idaho, the centerpiece of Seasons is a stunning 11,000-square-foot, resort-style clubhouse with a full-service spa, fitness center, catering kitchen and concierge. The elegant residences, marina, boat slips, pool, hot spa and al fresco dining areas with fire pits offer majestic views of the lake and mountains. All just steps from an inviting resort town with boutique shopping and gourmet dining. As part of your rental, Seasons will provide shuttle transportation to and from the Schweitzer Ski Resort, which is only 11 miles away.
This unit has 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and the other with a queen size bed, and a small third bedroom with a trundle twin bed (slides out to two twin beds). It also has a convertible couch in the living room that converts to a queen size bed. This unit will comfortably sleep 8 people. This unit, and development, are in the best location in Sandpoint, right on the water, but still within a 3 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Sandpoint.
THIS UNIT HAS ONE OF THE BEST VIEWS IN ALL OF NORTH IDAHO!

This condo is brand new and very, very nice and secure. The view of the mountains and lake is spectacular! It is close to everything in town and a short drive to Schweitzer. We went in winter, which is low season, so there was not a lot of night life, but we sort of knew that would be the case. The condo is fully equipped with anything you may need for cooking dinner, etc. Previous renters have left non perishables they didn't use that came in handy, as we did. The only amenity we wished the condo had was an ipod dock. There is a cd/radio player, but no way to plug in an ipod. We just ended up using a computer we brought. The wifi worked beautifully. The map we had to go by, and the fact that the address is quite new, so GPS was confused, caused the place to be difficult to find, but was no big deal. Just find the Best Western and drive thru the parking lot and you'll be at Seasons. We enjoyed the hot tub at the health club every night. It's a short stroll from the condo, so if chilly out, good idea to bring change of clothes and shower/change in the locker room for the walk back. Having the underground, warm parking is sweet. Easy loading/unloading with storage cabinet and elevator. Chris, the owner was great to deal with and was able to book very easily at my leisure, by exchanging emails. I would definitely consider renting here again. If you're an avid skier and considering Schweitzer, I highly recommend the mountain. I have skied all over the US, Canada and several countries in Europe. I LOVE SCHWEITZER! Don't let the reported low percentage of expert trails fool you. It is huge, steep and amazing tree skiing. It is set up great in terms of lift service to quickly and easily access different parts of the mountain. The condo met our expectations, it was very nice and comfortable. The location is great. It's close enough to the Schweitzer ski hill, the amenities of Seasons are nice and accessing restaurants downtown is easy. The next time we are in Sandpoint, if it is available, we would like to stay there again. We had an unforeseen family issue arise and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. I'd never stayed at the Season's before and I was very impressed. The condo furnishings and resort amenities were first class. The condo owner was extremely helpful and while we did not need to communicate with him during our stay [as everything was perfect]...he made himself very available to us if needed.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Loved our stay here! The view of the lake, the private beach and pool and close enough to town to walk. Very clean, well maintained and has everything you might need included. Great decor too! Would absolutely rent this condo again.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property was better than expected, the view was absolutely breathtaking. We would definently consider returning for another stay at this property. My husband and I spent 2 great weeks at the condo. Our adult daughter joined us for one of those weeks. The condo is large, comfortable and has an amazing view. It is a quick walk to shops and places to eat. The owner and condo staff help make any visit trouble free. Even though we had rain the last few days of our vacation, we still enjoyed the trip. We brought books and DVD's from home, a laptop and games. The best part was watching the lake. There was always something new to see. I can honestly say that this is one of our best vacations.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I stayed with my two teenage children for a week this spring. The unit as well as location was excellent. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The view was amazing. This condo is one of my favorites for comfort. The owner was very helpful in setting up my trip. The pictures of the view don't do it justice. It is much better than the pictures. I travel all the time and have to say this has been one of my favorite parts of the country to visit for beauty. The drive between Sandpoint and Clark Fork is a must see.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and our 5 kids (ages ranging 4-18) stayed at the condo for a week while we visited Grandma and Grandpa and did some skiing . The place was comfortable, beautiful and the view of the lake was spectacular, the pictures on the web site don't do it justice. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with, and easy to get a hold of for questions before and during our stay. Easy walk to downtown shopping, and about a 15-20 minute drive to the ski resort. I own a video game store in a city called Ladera Ranch! THIS IS SUCH A GREAT PLACE AND WE ARE HAPPY TO SHARE IT WITH YOU!!!

This combination is perfect place for a second home...you can literally use it 12 months out of the year...
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This is one of the best views in the Western United States. The deck area is 13x13 and it is just great for relaxing and looking across beautiful Lake Pend Oreille into Montana and the Sawtooth Mountains. I also like being able to park my car upon arrival and not need it again for the whole trip. Everything you need is within walking distance! It is great!
