This is a new, 3 bedroom condo on Lake Pend Oreille. It is located in the Seasons at Sandpoint luxury condominium development. This unit has been furnished professionally by Mountain Comfort Furnishings, who specialize in rustic luxury furniture, with top of the line furnishings. 42 Inch flat screen in the living room, 32 inch flat screen in the master bedroom, and a 26 inch flatscreen in bedroom #2. The development has a FULL SERVICE SPA on site, a year round HEATED POOL, and a JACUZZI. Anyone that has stayed at our condo comments on how clean it is and how well it is furnished...we pride ourselves on both aspects! Here is a little information about the development:
A year-round resort on sparkling Lake Pend Oreille in Northern Idaho, the centerpiece of Seasons is a stunning 11,000-square-foot, resort-style clubhouse with a full-service spa, fitness center, catering kitchen and concierge. The elegant residences, marina, boat slips, pool, hot spa and al fresco dining areas with fire pits offer majestic views of the lake and mountains. All just steps from an inviting resort town with boutique shopping and gourmet dining. As part of your rental, Seasons will provide shuttle transportation to and from the Schweitzer Ski Resort, which is only 11 miles away.
This unit has 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and the other with a queen size bed, and a small third bedroom with a trundle twin bed (slides out to two twin beds). It also has a convertible couch in the living room that converts to a queen size bed. This unit will comfortably sleep 8 people. This unit, and development, are in the best location in Sandpoint, right on the water, but still within a 3 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Sandpoint.

This combination is perfect place for a second home...you can literally use it 12 months out of the year...
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is one of the best views in the Western United States. The deck area is 13x13 and it is just great for relaxing and looking across beautiful Lake Pend Oreille into Montana and the Sawtooth Mountains. I also like being able to park my car upon arrival and not need it again for the whole trip. Everything you need is within walking distance! It is great!

This place is really wonderful. Beautiful views, immaculate, tasteful decor, nice pool AND beach. Easy walk to downtown Sandpoint. We loved it.

We stayed for a week in August 2011 during the Festival with kids and grandkids -- 8 of us in all youngest was 2 1/2-- and found the accommodations very comfortable, very clean, well equiped, and great for the family. Large kitchen area, large dining table, large living area, beautful large outdoor covered deck. The facilties at Seasons are also great and on many days we never went anywhere else -- just hung out on the private beach, at the pool and hot tub, and BBQ'd lunch and dinner on the many beautiful gas BBQs located throughout the facility. There are many tables (some under shade and some more open) located outside where you can eat lunch or dinner by the BBQ and these can also be reserved for larger groups although we never needed to do that. Only used the cars to haul in the groceries. Walked everywhere. Sandpoint is a great litle town with lot's of fun shopping and good places to eat and drink and totally walking freindly. Season's staff keep the common area facilities immaculate. Definitely recommend this condo. Description in the listing and the photos were were bang on accurate. Owner is nice and responsive.

A very relaxing and well kept condo overlooking the lake and mountains. Just a short drive to awesome skiing. Year round heated pool and hot tub and a great massage at the spa in the main building. Covered parking, fully equipped kitchen and comfy furniture. Great escape to Sandpoint. Would return in a heartbeat!
