I have stayed at the condo twice and have enjoyed it immensely. The view is great and the pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of exploring the beaches and the area. The visit to the bird sanctuary was really nice. The condo was close to everything and it was very easy to get around to anywhere we went to. Having all the amenities available at the condo sure helped and it was nice with the grocery store so close by to have a bbq a lot of days.. It was also clean and well maintained. I have recommended the property to friends and relatives and several have been there also. Nothing like sitting on the balcony at the end of the day, sipping a cold drink and watching the sun set and the dolphins go by.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Location, location, location. This condo faces the intercoastal waterways and the sunsets are amazing! We sit out on the balcany where we can watch the dolphins and manatees swim. It truly is a piece of paradise.
