This home is located in Bay Pine Cottages, in the heart of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The 2400-acre Sandestin Resort is the premier destination in Northwest Florida. Located between Pensacola and Panama City, eight miles east of Destin, Sandestin is the only resort in the area whose grounds extend from the Gulf to the Bay.
This vacation rental is not a condo! It is a unique 2000-plus square-foot, ultra-modern, quality furnished home on the bay with lots of privacy, space, and top-of-the-line in-home amenities for extreme convenience and comfort. The home backs to the bay and the natural area surrounding Jolee Island. The sugar white sands of Sandestin’s private Gulfside beach are only a half mile away. An underpass under Rt. 98 is used by walkers, joggers and bikers for access to the beach.
The home features two master bedrooms with king-size beds and private baths. The second floor master has a large private deck overlooking the bay. The first floor master has a private entrance and an outdoor hot/cold shower. The third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and a bathroom. There is a cable TV in each bedroom. A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen adjoins the great room and separate dining room. The great room and dining room have lovely bay views and both open onto a large screened porch, ideal for evening dining while watching the sunset. A gas grill is also provided.
A large neighborhood pool is 100 yards away, with no streets to cross.
The New Village of Baytowne Wharf, featuring 42 unique bayfront retail and restaurant merchants is a short stroll.
