2024 Sand Point is a beautiful house just off of 11th St in Port Aransas. This house has three bedrooms/two 1/2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom with a King-size bed. The other two bedrooms have Queen-sized beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a marvelous kitchen with brand new appliances.
Barbeque grill is charcoal.
Room for four vehicles to park under and in front of the house.
A Fire Lane exists, so arrangements need to be made for boat and trailer parking.
Beach Access is at Marker 9 with a path and boardwalk, or through the Beach Lodge Restaurant boardwalk.

The Port Aransas Community Theater is open also on Highway 361 JELM has Winter Texan activities and meetings. The City Of Corpus Christi is 40 minutes from Port Aransas, there are several movie theaters, minature golf and and two large golf courses just a short drive from the property.
