My place is really special because it is not your typical vrbo rental--it's much better -- and I supply nearly everything from spices to body lotion! Most units I have stayed in (which I do often due to my work travels) are bare bones, so I try to set myself apart from those owners. It is comfortable and cozy, meticulously maintained, has a fully stocked kitchen, is a downstairs corner unit steps to pool, and is in the best area of Tucson (in my opinion). Partial mountain view from your large patio. TILED floors (new carpet in bedroom). Gated community, golf nearby, and so much more. One mile to Sabino Canyon National Park. Close enough, yet out of the city and in the hills away from it all (great star gazing). fitness center, bike trails, dogs trails, heated pool, and flowers everywhere. It's a beautiful property with friendly respectful neighbors. Everything within walking distance (supermarket, post office, banks, and restaurants). What more could you ask for? LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
The bedroom has a very comfy queen size plush firm mattress, TV/DVD and large walk-in closet, and in the living room you will find a 32' flatscreen HDTV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa for accommodating guests (very comfy, no bar). Enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi (immaculate pool, cushy lounge chairs and jacuzzi-best I've ever seen at any condo complex). Basic cable and WiFi internet (fast speed) through Cox Cable.

About the owner: I am originally from from Santa Monica, California, currently residing in Scottsdale, Arizona. I bought the condo as my 'get-away from LA place', but since I am rarely able to stay in the condo, I decided to list it as a VRBO rental. There is something very peaceful about this place and I am sure you will feel that way as well. The condo is my home-away-from-home and hopefully will be yours too. There are lots of nice little touches. Everyone who has stayed there has been more than happy, as I am sure you will be! Please be my guest...
Why the Owner Chose Ventana, Veranda:
I love the area and the view of the mountains. The pool is the nicest I've seen at any property and I have seen many! The grounds are beautifully maintained and it's a very safe area.

Peace and quiet, clear and starry nights, a beautiful immaculate pool, convenient to walk to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, and post office. I just don't want to leave when I'm there!
