Eclectically furnished downstairs unit located poolside in the beautiful foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains with a wonderful mountain view. Certainly NOT your typical vrbo rental, as I intended to live there. Located in a gated community, close to great shopping (La Encantada), galleries and restaurants, several exclusive spas, plus championship golf (several within 5 miles). One mile to Sabino Canyon National Park. One mile to Loews Ventana Resort & Spa. About 3 miles from La Encantada outdoor shopping area, with Gallery Row next door. Approximately 12 miles to University of Arizona. 30 minute drive to airport. Close enough, yet out of the city and in the hills away from it all (great star gazing). 24-hour fitness center on property. Health club and exclusive spa within walking distance, as well as supermarket, post office, and a few great restaurants. What more could you ask for? LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. And it's quiet and very safe.
Fully furnished and stocked with everything you can think of. The bedroom has a queen bed, TV/DVD and large walk-in closet, and in the living room you will find a TV, DVD player, and a sleeper sofa with queen air mattress for accommodating guests. Enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi and the patio. Calling card required for long distance, or use your cell phone, basic cable TV and WiFi internet.
A place you'll want to stay -- and return, I promise, especially for the price I am offering. You won't find a better deal or a more fully equipped immaculate vacation rental.

Year Purchased: 2006
I am a single woman in my 50's from Santa Monica, California, who actually planned on living in the condo (eventually) and not renting it out, but instead met and fell in love with an artist at an art festival (in Tucson) and wound up moving to Scottsdale instead! Since I am rarely able to stay in the condo, I decided to list it as a VRBO rental, which has worked out great. The condo is very nicely done, not your typical rental. There is beautiful artwork and photography, and lots of nice little touches. Everyone who has stayed there has been more than happy, as I am sure you will be! Please be my guest...

Peace and quiet, clear and starry nights, a great immaculate pool, convenience to walk to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, and post office. I just don't want to leave there when I'm there!
