Wild Pines is located in the exclusive Bonita Bay Resort Development and Country Club with five golf courses, a marina and a private beach club. This second floor end unit with wrap around lanai is located on multiple lakes with a western view accross the first and fourth fairways providing stunning sunsets and wonderful views of the wildlife. Come see the ibis, herons, osprey, egrets and turtles that populate the 2400 acres in this gated community. This newly decorated and furnished condo is equiped with Hi Definition TV, high speed wireless internet, computer, and cable tv in both bedrooms. Our golf membership is available from May 1 through October 31 for a small transfer fee and provides use of five golf courses, the new fully equiped fitness center as well as the pool, tennis courts and other ammenties in Wild Pines. In addition there are 11 miles of biking and walking trails along with a boardwalk and fishing pier into Estero Bay. Upscale shopping and restaurants are withing walking distance at the Promenade with out ever having to leave the Bonita Bay development.

Additional fee's apply: Cleaning fee $90.00 registration fee, 11% tax
$250.00 registration fee converts to security deposit
Refund when replacement tenant is secured. $100.00 cancellation fee
Rental and taxes: Balance due thirty days prior to arrival
