View of the house from the Lake - Madison, Ohio Rental House Situated on Lake Erie's shoreline, this spacious summer home boasts a private beach, spectacular sunsets and airy, comfortable rooms decorated in blue and white with wicker furniture. A large dining room and enclosed sunroom provide wonderful views of Lake Erie and a large deck on the beach is designed for relaxed beach living and lively entertainment. Madison House accommodates 10 to 12 guests with three bedrooms and one dorm room. The private beach allows for a variety of water sports and we are minutes from tennis, hiking, shopping, restaurants, wineries and Geneva State Park. Cleveland is a forty minute drive away and offers its many famous museums, universities, health care facilities, Quicken Arena, Progressive Field, The Science Center, Omni Max Theater and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Winter ... Oct 01-March 30 ... $1100/per month(plus utilities).
Spring ... April 01-May 15 ... $1300/per week(utilities included).
Summer ... May 15-Sep 30 ... $1800-$2000/per week (utilities included).
Madison House is available for occupancy year round.
Weekends ... $450/night
