He pasado cuatro dias en la ciudad de Roma y me he estado en este apartamento. Es bastante amplio, posee mucha luz y se encuentra muy proximo a la zona del Coliseum, en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo. Ademas se encuentra muy proximo tambien a la parada de metro de la linea A (San Giovanni), justo al lado de la Basilica de San Juan de Letran (extraordinaria por cierto). El trato por parte de Marguerita, la propietaria, fue buenisimo, tanto por la profesionalidad de los detalles relativos al viaje, llegada y entrega de llaves, como los detalles a nivel personal y su gran amabilidad. Gracias por todo, volveremos algun dia, espero.

Great Apartment

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this very nice Rome apartment. It is clean and well equipped, including a everything you need in the kitchen and even a clothes washing machine in the bathroom. The 2 single beds put together formed a nice king size bed and was very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with plenty of stores including a supermarket. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and to the nearest Metro stop. There's no Wifi in the apartment but there's an Internet Cafe right across the street which is open pretty late. Margherita is very nice and is responsive to any questions and needs you might have. Highly recommended.

Margherita is the perfect hostess! Thanks to her, we had a great time in Rome. We appreciated having a comfortable and clean flat to go to at the end of the day. We made good use of the kitchen, which included everything we needed to cook. There is a very convenient-located little supermarket close-by as well as reasonably-priced restaurants. From this flat, you can walk to the Coliseum, the Basilica San Giovani in Laterano or even the Fountain of Trevi. Of course, you may stop at numerous little cafés and bistros on the way! Thank you Margherita for your generosity! We hope to see you again in your beautiful city, and maybe in Canada, why not?

We were picked up at the Rome airport by Ms. Durand's driver for a reasonable fee and brought straight to the apartment. (Well worth it for tired travelers) The apartment was exactly as described and worked fine for 3 of us with one on the pull out couch. We fixed breakfast and 2 dinners "at home" using items from the nearby "cafeteria" and a local produce market. Walked to the Colisseum and Forum. We loved the local neighborhood without tourists. (Rome is crowded with tourists in July). The apartment is an excellent place to stay for budget-conscious travelers. We splurged on great dinners in the area.

Stayed at this conveniently located apartment and can only have good words on the location, the apartment and the owner. Would recommend it without doubt to anyone wanting to enjoy beautiful Rome in a nice, central and quiet location.

Dear Margherita, My daughter and I stayed in your apartment during our recent visit to Rome. The apartment was immaculate and well situated for our stay. You were a lovely hostess and I would recommend the apartment and you to anyone wanting efficiency and convenience over high priced hotels. It was lovely to have the ability to heat up some of our delicious leftovers - although I used the kitchen less than I expected as the breakfast pastries in Italy are irresistable! Thank you again. Margherita was absolutely wonderful. She waited to greet us upon our arrival, showed us around the apartment, and made us feel welcome. The apartment was exactly as described. The neighborhood was lovely and conveniently located. The local restaurants, bars, and gelaterias were very reasonably priced as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and our home away from home. This was a wonderful flat! Very convenient to the Coliseum, Forum and Palentine Hill. The owner was marvelous and did everything to make our first trip to Rome a memorable one! I would recommend anyone staying that this is the place to do it!
