Summer rates $195; Winter rates $235. All rates subject to Hawaii 11.42% tax
$175 one time open and close cleaning fee
$375 security/cleaning deposit fully refunded upon inspection at departure.
Payment due in advance via personal check or bank wire
First night deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date forfeits first night deposit.
