A one time open and close cleaning fee ($125 for 2 persons; $150 for four persons)
$250 security deposit fully refunded upon inspection at departure.
Payment due in advance via personal check or PayPal check
First night deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival
Cancellation within 90 days of arrival date forfeits first night deposit.

Molokai residents are some of my favorite people. Known as 'the friendly isle' the people of Molokai are real and genuine. The moment you step off the plane of ferry, you immediately relax. There is such a peace and calmness because of it's rural feeling. This island is unlike any other island in the Hawaiian chain. You have time to wave to the person in an oncoming vehicle.
