We are semi-retired living in Douglasville, Georgia ( just west of Atlanta). We have 2 daughters & 2 sons in law who have blessed us with 2 beautiful granddaughters - we're having the time of our life!
Why the Owner Chose Regency Isle
We enjoy this area of the gulf coast because the beach is so clean & roomy. Even during peak seasons, the roads are not congested (4 lanes) as we have seen in Destin & Pamama City. We find that the beaches are well taken care of. The people of the area are proud of the beaches - they often have clean-up days when volunteers scan the beach picking up debris that has been missed by the heavy machines that smooth & clean periodically.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We particulay enjoy this condo because of the location. We enjoy people-watching at the FloraBama, lounging on the beach & cooling off in the pool. We especially love the ice machine in the condo - always plenty of ice to take to the beach. Also enjoy cooking out on the gas grils in the gazebo. The restaurants in the area have really improved over the past few years & we have several favorites.

OMG! This condo and all it's amenities is luxury at its finest! My family truly enjoyed everything this condo had to offer. All rooms were spacious, luxurious, and clean! My family agreed that this unit was one of the best in the building as it is on the corner with a 360 degree view! Pictures on this site do not do it justice. The balcony was spacious with breath taking views. We enjoyed family time, meals, sunrises and sunsets on this balcony!!! The pools and beach were only steps away. The owner was very helpful in providing us with specific directions and a list of restaurants and activities we might enjoy. I AM RECOMMENDING THIS UNIT AT REGENCY ISLE! I spent many days searching the internet to find the perfect place for my family to vacation and this was it by far!!! I don't believe you can find many condo units with 3.5 baths, and wet bar with ice maker. This made it easier for my family to get ready for a day on the beach or an evening out! Our stay truly exceeded all of our expectations and we are a picky bunch! I am recommending this condo unit to all of my friends and we will certainly be returning!!! Take my word, this is one of the best condo units in Orange Beach!!! Book it for your family now!

This unit is all it says in the property details and more. It is beautifully decorated, has a fully-stocked kitchen, the bedrooms are very spacious, the bathrooms were spotless and the view is just breath-taking. The outside grill area is perfect for the family; you can cook while your children swim nearby. Away from the crowds yet close enough to entertainment nearby. It's the perfect family vacation spot. The ice machine was broken when we arrived and the owners sent someone out for a repair right away. Will definitely be returning in 2011.
