Our Villa is on the 12 hole tee box of a Jack Nicklaus designed Golf course. There are 3 bed rooms with 4 seperate beds, 1 King and 3 Queens and 3 full baths. A few yards from the beautiful bay and marsh views of Pawleys Island. 100 yards to the pool. Walk, bike, skate or run around the Pawleys Plantation grounds, which is a security guarded, gated community. 3 MINUTES TO THE BEACH AT PAWLEYS ISLAND. Stay home or go out, we are 70 miles North of Charleston, 10 miles north of Georgetown, 12 miles south of Merrill’s Inlet and 24 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Two State parks within 5 miles. Two miles to the famous Hammock Shops. Four of the top 10 golf courses are within 5 minutes of the villa. Come take a moonlight walk under the South Carolina stars by the Bay and feel the ocean breeze sweep down the 12th fairway to your home away from home. Pawley Plantation Golf Club and Resort is as much a family resort as it is a golf course. It is a gated community. There are 2 outside pools. Miles of paved roads to walk, bike, roller skate, skateboard or jog, without the fear of busy auto traffic. There are 2 Har Tru surface lighted Tennis courts.
The wild life and scenery is like a beautiful bird sanctuary. American Eagles to the smallest finch fly over the marsh and plantation grounds. Moonlight walks under the stars in the evening by the Marsh are a favorite for everyone.
There are over 110 golf courses within 60 miles. Four of the top ten golf course are within 5 minutes, Caledonia, Heritage, True Blue and Pawleys Plantation. Within 10 miles is the Litchfield area with 5 more notable golf courses and it's a short ride to the other 100 golf courses. Pawleys Plantation Golf Club is open to the public and offers a driving range and free sand trap and practice putting area for the whole family. The entire regular Golf staff at Pawleys are young pro's working their way through 'Q' school and will be available for golf lessons. If you want to learn the game, build a better game or just play you couldn't pick a better place.

Why the Owner Chose Pawleys Island
Even though we are on the Golf course at the 12 Hole Tee Box. Golf is only a small reason why we love the area. My wife is a beach person and loves the Beach at Pawleys Island, a short 3 minute ride away. I choose to bike there and back, smiling along the way, as an exercise routine. My children Kyack in the Bay and around the 4 mile Island. There is every kind of fishing available because we are so close to the river ways and ocean. The Pool is just 200 yard walk out the front door. Your back yard is a most beautiful nature walk day or night. The tennis courts have a Har Tru surface.
