  We travel to Florida regularly. We've never been to this area and have to say it's my new favorite spot. The house is wonderful, "truly a home away from home!" The previous reviews are right on, the home has everything you could want. We enjoyed all the amenities, the pool, the BBQ pit, the bicyles, the computer. Thanks for making yet another vacation memory. This home is worth visiting again!

  This vacation home is all, and more, the ad offers! We had a party of 6 and there was more than enough room. The location was perfect and the house and pool were exactly what was promised. Jack, the manager, was very friendly and was a great source for things to do and places to visit in the area. He was always available if any questions arised. They also thought of everything you could need while away from home. We were very sad to leave, and would love to return in the future. Thank you for making our vacation a very memorable experience!!

  This was our first time renting a home from the internet.We have twins with special needs and also my 76 yr old mother traveled with us.My brother and wife and nine month baby stayed for a week.The home worked out great for us the pool was great the location is perfect. I walked on the beach every morning did lots of shopping, my husband and brother used the bikes I would recommend this property

  This the perfect family vacation home on a fabulous street just facing the intercoastal waterway. Minutes to the Boatyard seafood restaurant and a five minute walk to cresent beach. A very spacious, clean and stocked house with a bbq, beach chairs, toys and a salt water pool in the large backyard. What we loved having here were the bikes available for everyday use. Highly recommend to bike instead of driving especially during spring break. Very high traffic on the nearby stinkney point road. The perfect location to siesta beach, siesta village and sarasota. Be sure to visit the SALUTE restaurant on lemon ave at main st.in downtown Sarasota. Outstanding food. The whole expierence here was fantastic starting with Jack greeting us making sure we were happy with the house. Highly highly recommend this house for a family getaway. The only thing we couldn't find was a first aid kit. Do NOT eat at Captain Curt's restaurant.

  Outstanding!!! The whole vacation was a great time for the family and I to have fun without worrying about anything. From reserving the house with Bob to meeting Jack who handles things locally, you couldn't have had asked for a better couple of guys. We arrived late on July 9th and Jack met us at the house and showed us around the place answering any questions we might have had and ensuring we had his cell number if anything went wrong. We used his number only once when the pool pump started to fail and immediately their pool service repairman was on the scene replacing it. The first impression of the house was great and it appeared that Bob and Jack had gone the extra mile since it looked as though the house had just been remodeled and was super clean. It was certainly a "Home Away From Home" for us. The location of the residence was also very convenient with our family going scuba diving, visiting Busch Gardens and Ringling Brothers Mansion/Museum and even ocean kayaking/ paddling through the mangrove trees enjoying nature. And of course, Siesta Key and Turtle Cove Beaches are just beautiful and very relaxing. Just make sure you lather on the suntan lotion since you are in Florida! The hardest part of the vacation was getting back in the van and traveling back to Tennessee on July 15th. I have saved both Bob and Jack's numbers in my phone directory and look forward to our next vaction in Sunny Sarasota. Thanks again Bob and Jack for making this year's vacation very memorable.

  We had a fantastic time here over July 4th! We were greeted by Jack when we arrived from our long ride from Atlanta! There was plenty of room for me and my husband, daughter, her husband and three small children. The house was so spacious and private!!!! We were pleasantly surprised by the large dining area, sun room, and wonderful pool! Thank you so much for a great week! We hope to come back in the near future!

  My sister and I stayed here in June and didn't want to leave. There were a total of 6 of us and we had so much room it was amazing. The house is beautiful and the patios and pool area are gorgous!!! Bob is a great person to work with while planning your stay and Jack is the sweetest man alive!!! He checked on us while we were there to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We also got to bring our Dauschaund, Sally with us which made our vacation even better. We visited about 5 different beaches during our stay and each one was better than the last. Plus you only have to travel about 5 minutes to get there. This was by far the best most comfortable place that we have ever rented. We will go back!! Thanks Bob and Jack!!!

  This home is truly a gem in beautiful Siesta Key! We were fortunate enough to stay for 2 weeks, it was the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. We brought our 2 dogs and the yard was just perfect. So much space inside & out for everyone the perfect place for families, friends. And so many amenities! And the pool, OMG the pool absolutley beautiful! The bikes were great for a ride to the beach or a restaurant nearby. We have rented many places in the area and this home is by far the very BEST! Bob & Jack are also some of the most personable folks we've met...thank you guys so much we will be back!! Sue & Jim....Oak Forest, Illinois.

  Our family stayed here over spring break and we absolutely loved it. We have teenagers and it gave us all plenty of room to spread out. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to bring our small dog with us. The pool was wonderful as well as the outdoor grill and patio area. The house was well maintained and clean and Jack was very welcoming when we arrived. Thanks again!!

  As another reviewer has mentioned, the internet picture do not do this wonderful, inviting home justice! This is a beautifully renovated home with everything that you need to enjoy your time - bikes, grill, fully equipped kitchen, fabulous heated pool. We enjoyed our stay with our family - 3 boys from age 13 to 20. This home provided the space compared to some cramped condo where we would all be bumping into each other. Jack was great with his welcome and Bob was a great person to deal with in making our arrangements. Easy bike ride/walk to the beach and attractions. We also appreciate greatly that our 2 yorkies were able to enjoy a spacious, fenced-in yard. We highly recommend this property! Thanks Bob and Jack for a wonderful stay! Be sure to rent kayaks during your stay, lots of wildlife to be seen!

  We had such a good experience at this house! We have rented many houses for family get togethers, and we all agree that this one has it all. We couldn't think of a thing that Bob could have added - we even found an extra gas tank for the grill when we were cooking out! Amazing attention to detail. Great layout for a large group to gather and have fun. The closest to being at our own home except for that fabulous Florida weather! We will look forward to returning.

  We really enjoyed the property! The pictures don't do it justice! Very large house with tons of room for a family, and well decorated! The sectional was so comfy! The large pool was so refreshing and great for late night relaxing swims! Very nice grill which we used a lot!!!!!! And lots of beach chairs and umbrellas which is one less thing to pack! And we really enjoyed watching the lizards!!! We enjoyed being able to have a choice to go to a different beach everyday because they're only just a short walk or drive away! We enjoyed the great food at the Boatyard Waterfront Bar & Grill, which is right across the street!!!! We also enjoyed Siesta Key Village, had tons of fun at the Daquari Deck! Can't wait to come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Had a great time at the property on Holywood BLVD in Sarasota. Property has a great layout with well appointed furnishings and decor. Large updated kitchen, perfect for making a meal for a large family. Large pool great for a refreashing swim in the hot afternoon. Five minutes from Siesta Beach public park/beach, less time for other beach access points. Property manager, Jack, meet us when we arrieved and lead us a tour of the property. He is very helpful and attentive. Would highly recommond this property as a great place for a family to stay while on vacationing in Sarasota/ Siesta Key.

  We had 6 friends all staying in the house and we had plenty of room. We had a great time utilizing the pool, grill and bikes. We rode our bikes to Siesta Village and to the beach. The house was a perfect location for us and close to everything. The house is completely furnished and had everything we ever needed in it. Thanks Bob and Jack! We had a wonderful time.

  The place was nicer than we thought- I guess the Internet pictures just don't do it justice. The accommodations were simply great. At times it felt just like home; comfortable, roomy, with all the amenities we could have asked for in vacation getaway. Even our dog (Buddy) seemed very much at ease and restful (I think he enjoyed the cool tile floors after those walks in the heat!). The fenced in backyard was an added bonus for having a pet. The pool was clean and never had a chemical smell to it. Even in the mid-day heat it was refreshing to jump in and cool off for a spell. The privacy afforded by the place was beyond compare. I don't think we saw any of the neighbors but a few times throughout our week-long stay.

  Our family can't say enough positive things about our stay! The house was clean, well furnished and very comfortable and in a perfect location for easy access to the beach and shopping. The backyard pool was private and we made great use of the deck and Bar-be-que grill. Even our dog Teddy felt at home. Bob, Jack and Cindy couldn't have been more hospitable. We have no doubt that on our return to Siesta Key we will stay in this house because it felt some much like our home away from home.

  I recently visited Florida with a group of friends and had the pleasure of staying in this lovely rental. Very clean, all of the amenties of home, well maintained property and pool. I was very pleased to see that it's just a short 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 2 minute car ride. Location was key in what we were looking for. We were able to rent Kayaks right down the road, take in the sights, shop, experience the local fare and just relax. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for something private, other than a hotel. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, very informative and helpful. Highly recommended, I rate our stay a 10+.

  After a long school year, 3 couples of teachers wanted a quiet and relaxing getaway! This was it!!! The house was VERY clean and had EVERYTHING we needed to relax at home and at the beach! the owner and contact people were both fabulous and accomodated everything we needed. Great place for the buck!
