This End Unit with extra windows and views. This condo has a "You're at the beach feeling" with it's bright and beachy decoration! With a queen bed in the Master, a bunk area in the hall, and a comfy queen pull-out sofa, 6 people can sleep comfortably. A swimming pool is visible off the balcony and only a few steps away. Cassine amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, woods, a pond and nature trails that are great for walking.
Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone - adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous (access is directly across the street.) Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs directly in front of the building, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away.
There are also lots of things to do with your kids - Seaside amphitheatre is a great place for the kids to run around or toss a frisbee while you enjoy a yummy homemade snack from the various eateries. Your kids can enjoy the refreshing fountains of Seacrest Beach while you relax on a bench or walk around the shops, and the unique shops of Rosemary Beach are just a few steps away. Destin Commons is a nice place to shop (for Mom & Dad), and there's a fun play area for the kids to play - they can stay dry playing on the slides or they can get wet in the fountains! Sandestin Wharf is full of great restaurants and shops and there's a HUGE playground fun for kids of all ages (even moms and dads!)

We stayed in this wonderful condo over spring break 2011. First of all the owner was wonderful to deal with. She was so accomodating and very personable. I felt like I was dealing with a good friend. The condo is very large and having 1.5 baths worked out so well with 3 women. The furnishings's were top notch and she also provided beach towels and other personal items to use for your stay. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. She had a large notebook filled with a wealth of information on everything from restaurant's to kayak rentals. Personal recomendations geared to age groups. The location was very quiet on the second floor. The pool is located 50 steps out yoru door and the beach access is directly across the street. We could not have asked for a better rental. We are already making plans to the reserve this unit again. M. Hutchinson
