This condo was the perfect choice for our first family vacation. It is soOoO cute and the location is ideal for tourists wishing to explore Destin, Panama City Beach, and all of the charming cr30a villages! We have a small child, and this condo proved to be the friendliest for our family! It has great proximity to the elevator, stairs, and parking. The description of the condo is very well equipped, fully stocked even with all of the little things you may have forgotten, and Winn even throws in a few extras! There were extra beach towels, chairs, toys, and an umbrella! The trek to the beach was nearly just a few skips away (2 minute walk or less to the beach—literally)! The store downstairs is great for picking up souvenirs and beach essentials! We loved being so close to the cutest little ice cream shop in Seagrove. We look forward to hopefully using this condo in years to come! Thanks again, Winn!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
Owner response: So glad you enjoyed yourselves and had a good time! Hope to have you back again!!

This condo was so perfect for a weekend with my niece we did not even mind it raining every day! (Since it is situated on the end of the building we could still use the balcony.) The unit is beyond what is shown in the photos and a perfect place of refuge and relaxation. It was an easy walk to the beach and though we did not use the beach toys, towels provided, we appreciated them being available. We always love spending time at Seaside, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Crab Shack, LaCocina, and of course the ice cream shop that was right across the parking lot! Would highly recommend this condo and really appreciate Winn helping with the paperwork, etc. Look forward to visiting again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
Owner response: Thanks so much for the kind words. Loved working with you to make your vacation happen and hope to have you back!

This condo is the CUTEST! Everything about it makes you feel comfortable and like it is your very own beach condo and not a rental. My aunt and I came after my college orientation for a quick girls weekend. Love: How easy it was to load and unload our luggage because the condo is right by the elevator! Short walk to the beach! & Seagrove has the most beautiful beaches. Close to shopping in seaside. The two red chairs in the picture are so comfortable and the spin around so that was fun. I also loved that this was an end unit so it gave us lots of privacy. Dislikes: ok, this almost went in the "love" section but being right across from an ice-cream shop on a girls trip is just down right dangerous. haha but it was so good. The back door is so super tricky to lock. We were so afraid we would break the doors or hurt ourselves trying to shut and lock it but it wasn't a huge deal. Oh, & the refrigerator is kind of loud and made sleeping on the couch hard. Overall, We would love to come back and we really loved this condo it made our completely rained out trip still enjoyable.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
Owner response: Thanks for the review! Hope o have you back again :-)

With the kids in tow, this was perfect for a quick jaunt to the beach for Spring Break! It was close enough to "run down" to the beach anytime, and right across from the pool! The kids enjoyed the shops below our condo. We are still enjoying our 3 surviving hermit crabs that they talked us into purchasing! Seagrove has the best of all worlds with great restaurants all around! Having friends who own a home in Cassine Village, was icing on the cake to share time with them. The condo was clean, and the bathroom layout was what made it doable with 3 kids in tow. They LOVED the built in bunks!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
Owner response: Thanks so much!! Hope to have you back soon!

We stayed in this wonderful condo over spring break 2011. First of all the owner was wonderful to deal with. She was so accomodating and very personable. I felt like I was dealing with a good friend. The condo is very large and having 1.5 baths worked out so well with 3 women. The furnishings's were top notch and she also provided beach towels and other personal items to use for your stay. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. She had a large notebook filled with a wealth of information on everything from restaurant's to kayak rentals. Personal recomendations geared to age groups. The location was very quiet on the second floor. The pool is located 50 steps out yoru door and the beach access is directly across the street. We could not have asked for a better rental. We are already making plans to the reserve this unit again. M. HutchinsonRecommended for: Families with teenagers.
