A beautiful home built in 1997 on an oversized lot, tastefully decorated with many luxury features our villa offers over 2500 square feet of air conditioned living space. Comfort, privacy and a peaceful situation ensure a great vacation. Comprising a Great Room with high ceilings, four bedrooms (two Queen and two twins), two full bathrooms and one shower room. A double sofa-bed in the Great room can be used to make total guest accom. up to 10.
The pool and lanai area has 3 french doors giving access from kitchen, great room and master bedroom. Plenty of space on the deck to relax, eat or sunbathe, well equipped with sunbeds and dining furniture and a barbeque is provided.
The pool is solar heated and by heat pump (at extra cost) during the Winter which can also be used to heat the 8 person spa.
The idyllic, unspoilt beaches of the Gulf Coast are a 5 minute walk away and offer safe, lifeguard monitored swimming. Great local dining, shopping and sightseeing combined with the great natural beauty of nearby National Park areas and of course the Golf !! all add up to a great vacation !!
Located in a quiet, safe residential area very close to the Intercoastal Waterway and the Beach which has a Lifeguard Station, picnic facilities, and toilets. A great beach to hunt for 1000 year old sharks teeth or just relax and soak up the sun whilst being cooled by the gentle breeze blowing in from the Gulf of Mexico.
Situated five miles from Venice Main Street and four miles from Englewood Center, there are many shops, restaurants, and golf courses within the area. Sarasota is 40 minutes North by car and the resort areas of Tampa Bay (Clearwater/St. Petes) are a further 20 minutes. To the South lie Fort Myers (20 minutes) Sanibel and Captiva. Naples is 100 miles South and is worth a day trip, having great beaches, shops, and restaurants - a very chic and fashionable City. The Theme Parks of Orlando are 150 miles North but Busch Gardens in Tampa offer a more refined alternative and are only an hour away.

We love Florida, its climate, people and the easy going pace of life and having 2 small boys ( 4 and 7 ) we are never lost for things to do - fishing trips, Busch Gardens, Pelican Pete's etc. We are also great foodies and would rate many of the local restaurants as world class - Sharkeys, Mad Sams, The Crows Nest etc. We hope that you will enjoy your stay as much as we always do !!
