A full bath with tub and shower is adjacent to this bedroom. Down the hall is the middle bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and a half bath. Also on the entry floor is the kitchen and the living room and covered porch with the spectacular beach and oceanfront panoramic views. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed. Why the Owner Chose Ocean Isle Beach
We have been lifelong beach goers to Ocean Isle Beach. Windjammer was our opportunity to be oceanfront and we made a great choice. The features and decor of our condo at Windjammer are excellent because this is our beach home first. Then we share it with other families that desire a beachfront, easily accessible, beach home for their vacation with excellent features and decor.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
With the elevator, there are no steps to the first floor living area. There is covered parking and ocean front vistas. Both the covered porch and sun porch upstairs are "on the ocean". The pool is very large with chairs and tables and the barbeque grill area convenient. It is a short walk to the west end inlet which kids love and its great fishing. Being on the west end means low traffic and spectacular sunsets as well as great sunrises. The Isles resturant and tiki bar is 100 yds east for a special night out.

Marilyn and Bill, Just wanted to tell you we had a wonderful week at 3J! It was so clean and spacious. There was much traffic upon arrival, bumper to bumper, but we attributed that to July 4th week. The only thing that was not in working order that we noticed was the iron, and that was something minor. The garage level storage was a big help, and connecting to the wireless internet was easy. What a beautiful stretch of beach and large pool! The grandchildren could not get enough of either.

Marilyn, I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that we really enjoyed our stay at your place. The weather was great and your place was in tip-top condition, as usual. We had to leave a day early due the death of a close friend, but we really enjoyed our time there. My grandsons had huge time and are looking forward to another visit. I hope that we can stay with you guys again in the not too distant future.

Marilyn, We had a great time in your condo, thanks again! Here are comments you requested: The condo was clean and everything worked fine. Loved having the totes to help move our luggage from garage to condo. It was easy to connect to wireless internet. We did not attempt to use garage level storage. There was one blanket in kids room that was falling apart. It was really soft and brown, but each night clumps of blanket came off. Family room was a lot hotter than rest of condo. You could feel the temp difference as soon as you walked from hallway past kitchen to the family room. Loved table and rocking chairs on the balcony. Liked beach mural painted in hallway. Very cute! Your promptness in returning the security deposit was great. Every aspect of the process from reserving your condo to emailing you during our stay was very easy. We really appreciated you and your husband's input on golf and restaurants during our stay.You have a beautiful condo and we were very happy and relaxed there! ++ TAMMY Hi, Tammy, I am so glad that your week at Windjammer 3J was fun and relaxing! We certainly appreciate your comments and hope it will be o.k. if we post them on our website, omitting your name, of course. I am not sure about that blanket, I don’t recall having a brown one, so another renter may have left it there. I will ask our cleaner to remove it. I appreciate the comments about the temperature in the living area. I will make a note to change that filter and ask our guests to close the blinds while they are at the beach, and that may help it keep a little cooler. As I stated before, we had a wonderful time in your unit. There are really only two areas that could be improved: 1) Storage - We were reluctant to store the kids sand toys and beach chairs in the unit, so we put them in the alcove by the door in the breezeway. The following morning there was a note in the door from the security guard saying that it was violation of fire law to store things in the breezeway and that we could be fined if there were an inspection. To minimize the amount of sand that gets into the unit, it would be nice if the storage closet in the parking area was made available to guests to use to store their beach equipment. 2) TV's - The TV's could be larger. Other than that, the unit is very well appointed, in a prime location, and priced competitively. Your unit will definitely be on the short list for our next visit to Ocean Isle Beach. The TV in the living area is new, and we have already ordered flat screen replacement TVs for the bedrooms with built in DVDs. We are conscious of the space issue, but they are perhaps a bit larger. We are very glad that you had an enjoyable vacation, no hurricanes either! It looks like that might be on our time in October and November this year, but we have been very fortunate that we have only gained more sandy beach on our end of the island with each storm. Marilyn, I got the check back in the mail today- thank you for sending it so quickly. We had a great time at Windjammer during our family vacation- perfect weather. The location and layout were very convenient. The condo was clean, and was better than the pictures suggested. We loved the views from the balconies, and the kids loved bouncing between the beach and pool. We really appreciated having the wireless internet, and the DVD with surround in the family room. Our only recommendations are for more plasticware for leftovers; we cooked most meals during our trip. Thanks again, and we’ll certainly consider renting Windjammer 3J again next year.
