Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1500 sq. ft. condo is your perfect vacation spot. Beautifully and professionally decorated, you will relax and enjoy yourself in luxury! Master has king bed, large walk-in closet and enormous master bath with jetted tub, separate shower and granite double sink vanity. The second bedroom also feels like a master with a king bed and large adjoining bath. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top and full bed on bottom. Each bedroom is furnished with a television and dvd player. Past guests comment on the beds being "heavenly", and "best sleep they have ever had"!
Comfortable living area with 46" flat panel TV and dvd player. The kitchen and dining area is open to the living room. High speed wireless internet and free local and long distance phone service in the U.S., CANADA and PUERTO RICO is provided!!! There are 9' ceilings, the kitchen is fully stocked, and has beautiful granite counters. There is a full size laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The balcony has comfortable seating to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. You can't be any closer to the ocean unless your feet are in the sand than on my balcony!
This stylishly decorated condo will make you feel like your living in the lap of luxury! It feels more like a home than a rental unit. Also, one set of beach chairs and a umbrella will be provided with your rental!
This is a low density condominium. Only 5 units per floor. No waiting for elevators! Parking is great with parking at the building and plenty of spaces just across the street.
Your within walking distance to restaurants, (Pineapple Willy's is just a short stroll down the beach). Pier Park is a short drive and boasts of several restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Back Porch, Wild Wings and more. Tootsie's is a favorite bar playing great country music. Pier Park also has great shopping, ice cream and coffee shops.
Grandview is very close to Wal-Mart, Publix, putt-putt golf, go-carts, and 18 hole golf courses.

One reason we chose this condo was the location. Grandview is in the heart of Panama City Beach. Close to EVERYTHING!

We purchased our condo in 2007 after viewing several units in the Panama City Area. We knew it was "right" the minute we walked in. The unit is very spacious ( I don't like being in tight quarters). It was quality built compared to some we saw, and most importantly you are as close to the beach as you can possibly be! It is more of a family atmosphere and not a big resort Party place. We live in the mountains of North Georgia and love to escape to the beach as often as possible. This condo is a dream of ours to have a second home on the beach. It is truly a Home away from Home.

My family and I stayed here last week and absolutely loved it!! It was very clean and extremely spacious!! We never felt cramped as we have in several other rentals before. The decor is beautiful and, as pretty as the pictures are, it is even better in person! I highly recommend this unit for people with kids as Grandview East is very family oriented. It is close to many attractions and really seems to be right in the middle of everything. Delilah was a pleasure to speak with and was very prompt with returning emails and phone calls. She answered any questions I had and this owner truly takes care of her renters. Thanks so much for that!! We look forward to staying at this unit again very soon!!

We stayed in this wonderful unit August 13th through August 20th it was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. When we first walked in the condo, it smelled very clean which I feel is a plus. The décor was very nice and welcoming, my family and I felt very much at home during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans you would need. They even had salt and pepper. There was a couple more surprise in the pantry that we did not have to buy when we went out for groceries. The balcony was plenty big enough and the outdoor furniture was very sturdy and comfortable. The walk to the beach was a breeze since the owners had a beach cart for us to use while we were there. My family and I enjoyed our stay in this unit very much. We look forward to staying here in the future. Thank you for being so helpful with all my questions.

We stayed in this unit the enire week of April 16 - 23 and it was fabulous! The condo is very nicely decorated, the kitchen was stocked with all you could need to eat in - which we did several nights and most mornings - and the view from the balconey is just awesome! There was a pod of about 7 dolphins that "fed" each morning right in front of the condos - we felt like it was our own private viewing! We had two 5 year olds with us so having both a pool and the beach was great and the owners provide a cart you can use to lug all of your beach/pool belongings up and down each day - very nice! I highly recommend this unit - the owners were friendly and easy to work with and the rental price includes two beach lounge chairs with an umbrella daily - also a nice perk. We only had one minor issue and that was the oven - it would not heat properly so we could not bake as we had planned - brownies/cookies etc - but besides that - no complaints at all! Oh - and try the blueberry pancakes at the little diner just across the street - they are the best!!

What a wonderful condo! True to the description - more of a home eniveronment than condo. Conveniently located to Walmart and dining. But the complex itself is low density and we never filled crowded in the least. The pool is in the shade part of the day and provides a cool relief from the hot sand and ocean what you've had enough for the day. The Wallace's have provided the perk of free beach chair/umbrella rental which can be costly if you rent for the entire week. We felt more like guests in someone's home than vacation renters. We will definitely be back next year!

What a fabulous stay! The Wallaces were very accommodating in letting us stay on short notice for a few days before school started, without gouging the prices. The condo was beautiful with great traffic flow. The condo was everything they said & more. Great location as well. The included beach chairs/umbrella were "icing on the cake"! Just what the doctor ordered! Thank you Delilah!
