Growing up in Virginia and living in New York City now, we miss our Southern beaches! OBX is unique and a great place. We rented Sunshine & Smiles for our vacation and it took our breath away! One year later, we were lucky enough to own it! We love the memories that come with watching our boys grow up and enjoying family together. The Unique Benefits at this Beachhouse
The location is incredible. You can view the ocean from all the rooms. You can enjoy the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset by the pool. The house is central to restaurants, piers, activities for the kids, shopping and fun! Our privately accessed beach is wide and uncrowded. You are 20 steps from the house to the ocean touching your toes. One of the most unique features is the peacefulness. You can enjoy watching the dolphins dance into the waves and pelicans dive for their lunch. The house and surrounding property are large enough to accommodate 14 people, and harmonious rest is still achieved. It is a worthwhile visit and a long stay! Hope you plan your vacation with us!

Two families own this house. We’re childhood buddies and now our kids are growing up together. We’re from Virginia, West Virginia & New York, and we love OBX. The Pairs are a family of three charming boys and The Bawas are a family of one lovely girl and one lovely boy…all the kids are under the age of 6, so we have our hands full!
