Bayside is a resort community whose motto is "Removed not Remote". Just 3 miles from the beaches of Fenwick Island, DE and Ocean City, MD, it offers easy access to all the fun of the beach, while at the same time, offering an escape from the crowds and congestion that come with it. Bayside offers a free beach shuttle to the Fenwick Island beach at select time during the summer.
The Bayside community includes "The Point" which sits on the bay overlooking Ocean City. The point features a boat and fishing dock, a pier, and nature trail with plenty of wildlife to enjoy.
Bayside's Jack Nicklaus Golf Course was ranked Delaware's best public access course for 2006, it's first year in existence. Bayside also boasts the huge SunRidge Tennis & Recreation Center with Large Pool, Kid's Splash Zone, 20-person Hot tub, Fitness Center, Tennis courts, Playground, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Snack bar, Picnic Area, Game Room w/ Foosball, Shuffleboard, video game, etc.
In addition, the Commons Neighborhood pool complex opened in 2009 and is just 3 blocks from the house. It features a 3650sq ft free form pool, a 550sq ft kiddie pool and a 7700 sq ft deck area surrounding the two pools. The complex also includes a building with changing rooms, showers and a check-in area.
In the Spring and Fall, Bayside is a great place for a Golf Getaway in close proximity to many of the DelMarVa peninsula's finest courses including:

This home is absolutely beautiful! Having 10 people and 3 dogs in this home, we never felt crowded. Loved the decorating. We made many family memories this week. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We were very sad to leave.

This was our second visit to this beautiful house. It's just perfect for a family. The fact that our dogs were welcome make it an extra plus. There is plenty of room (our family included 5 adults, 2 grandchildren, and 2 dogs) and everything is clean and well equipped. It's like living in your own home only better! I would recommend this place to everyone looking for an outstanding vacation home.

I rented this wonderful home for a weekend getaway for my daughter and five of her friends for her 15th birthday. It was perfect - plenty of room, beautiful decor, immaculately maintained (inside and out!) and stocked with everything you could possibly need when renting a home. Absolutely everything was top quality from the the comfortable beds right down to the pots and pans. And, the owner was extremely pleasant to deal with as well. Thank you so much for sharing your beach home with us. We had a wonderful weekend.

The house is so beautiful and spacious! It has every modern convenience and cooking item one could need. We were more comfortable than we are at home and we really enjoyed ourselves and didn't want to leave! We had a wonderful week at the amazing house at bayside. There was more then enough room for our whole family. We loved the huge kitchen for family dinners, the movies and board games that were at the house we awesome too. The pool and splash zone were fun for all the family members and they even had margaritas and food available for poolside dining and drinking! The house is decorated beautifully. We can't wait to go back next year!

We visited this home on April 1st. It was absolutely gorgeous. We relaxed and enjoyed the beach despite it not being summer time. There were so many dog owners at all of the beaches (Fenwick Island, Rehoboth and Ocean City). It was a great vacation. The house is lovely. The children enjoyed renting movies from Red Box at Harris Tweeter for $1 a day. The television was large and perfect. The house was very spacious and comfortable. It had so many amenities that we needed little. The dog enjoyed walking in the development and exploring. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home.

My husband and I just spent a wonderful week at this home. The Pointe at Bayside had a spectacular view of Ocean City. The house is clean with all modern conveniences. The owner was very accomodating and easy to work with. We will be back next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

You have a beautiful home. It was nice having the 2 pools as well as the shuttle to the beach. The grounds here are so well kept and the run to the point is really a nice 4 mile run to and from the house.
