This home was almost new, very spacious, and clean ,in a community with MANY amenities. Bayside is meticulously maintained and tended. This home is very well equipped and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs. It's location, while about ten miles to the actual ocean, is very handy.It is close to the lovely Bethany Beaches and Fenwick Island. While we are not fans at all of Ocean City, it is also very close and offers a few good restaurants, although there are decent restaurants closer to this property. Only difficulty was learning to operate the HVAC.The two separate family areas were a plus.Overall, an excellent choice.

Owner response:Thank you for your kind words. We're so glad you had a great stay! Just to clarify for anyone reading, the Bayside community sits on the backside of the Bay overlooking Ocean City. The entrance to Bayside is about 4 miles from the Beach Islands of Fenwick and Ocean City.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Having 10 people and 3 dogs in this home, we never felt crowded. Loved the decorating. We made many family memories this week. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We were very sad to leave.

This was our second visit to this beautiful house. It's just perfect for a family. The fact that our dogs were welcome make it an extra plus. There is plenty of room (our family included 5 adults, 2 grandchildren, and 2 dogs) and everything is clean and well equipped. It's like living in your own home only better! I would recommend this place to everyone looking for an outstanding vacation home.

Beautiful Beach Home

I rented this wonderful home for a weekend getaway for my daughter and five of her friends for her 15th birthday. It was perfect - plenty of room, beautiful decor, immaculately maintained (inside and out!) and stocked with everything you could possibly need when renting a home. Absolutely everything was top quality from the the comfortable beds right down to the pots and pans. And, the owner was extremely pleasant to deal with as well. Thank you so much for sharing your beach home with us. We had a wonderful weekend.

The house is so beautiful and spacious! It has every modern convenience and cooking item one could need. We were more comfortable than we are at home and we really enjoyed ourselves and didn't want to leave! We had a wonderful week at the amazing house at bayside. There was more then enough room for our whole family. We loved the huge kitchen for family dinners, the movies and board games that were at the house we awesome too. The pool and splash zone were fun for all the family members and they even had margaritas and food available for poolside dining and drinking! The house is decorated beautifully. We can't wait to go back next year!

Relaxation at It's Best

We visited this home on April 1st. It was absolutely gorgeous. We relaxed and enjoyed the beach despite it not being summer time. There were so many dog owners at all of the beaches (Fenwick Island, Rehoboth and Ocean City). It was a great vacation. The house is lovely. The children enjoyed renting movies from Red Box at Harris Tweeter for $1 a day. The television was large and perfect. The house was very spacious and comfortable. It had so many amenities that we needed little. The dog enjoyed walking in the development and exploring. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home.

You have a beautiful home. It was nice having the 2 pools as well as the shuttle to the beach. The grounds here are so well kept and the run to the point is really a nice 4 mile run to and from the house.

Your beautiful home was a respite from the everyday. It was spaciuos, even with 10 people and one pooch! The interior decorations are thoughtful and perfectly proportioned to the space, and the artwork was a pleasure to look at as well. Your home will forever be more than just a relaxing getaway for our family. Your home became the place, where, for the first time, our family was under one roof together, forging new connections, learning more about one another. We stayed for a week in August. Our family has always gone to NJ for our vacation, but we wanted to try DE. This house was everything that it appears to be and more. It is decorated beautifully and it lacks nothing. Everyone should be so lucky to vacation here.

For the past 15 years we have taken a family vacation to the shore. This may have been the nicest of all of our trips. The home is everything as described and then some-the decorating is beautiful. Bayside is a great resort with something for everyone. We plan on renting this home again.

We had a PERFECT week at this Bayside home. The house is meticulous and the community if even better. Kids loved the pool and splash zone for our baby. The clubhouse provided tennis rackets, basketballs and even had a soccer net! The best feature of all was the free, hourly shuttle to the beach (10 minute ride at most). I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks!

My family and I want to Thank You for allowing us to stay in your beautiful beach house. This has been one of the nicest vacations I can remember in a long time. My family and I did not go to the ocean once the entire week. We went to the pool and used the gym everyday. The rest of the time we just enjoyed each other's company. Your beach house and the community are so beautiful we did not want to go home and we were sorry we did not book it for 2 weeks. We hope you will allow us to return again at another time.
