Easy access to Manhattan on the A and the C train. 15 minutes to lower Manhattan. Soho, The Village, The lower East Side, lots to do . Shopping great restaurants. Don't forget our Landmark Juniors must try the cheesecake it is world known 25 minutes to Midtown to the theater district 42nd Street. A must do Walk over the Brooklyn Bridge to see New York. The apartment is a tow bedroom. One room is larger that the other. The larger rooms is 10x12 the second room is 6x10. The apartment has been renovated with luxury in mind. Beautiful bathroom setting. Why the Owner Chose Brooklyn
We bought this house because of the details and the character of the house. Lots of the original details like the arches and other details. This house has a lot of charm from the day we first saw it. Th tree lined block and the great neighbors were tremendous attaction for us. Close enough to enjoy Manhattan but once you get home you can relax with the tree lined block and the serenity of Brooklyn. The apartments are very spacious in comparison to Manhattan.

I am a Fashion Designer and have travelled the world. I love decorating my apartments with a flair of Fashion. I have been designing since I was 10 years old, I love working with fabrics and making something novel out of the most basic fabrics. There is something about creating a new trend that is truly elating to me. This apartment was designed with an Indian and Asian influence still modern in feeling.
My partner Jean Marc is a fitness Guru. We do this business together and take care of our guest the way we would like to be treated when we travel. We love to travel and often look at the different level of servicing and bring on to our apartments being rented.
