I know you will love my 3 level townhouse. It is located 1-1/2 miles from the Santa Monica Beach on a quiet street. When you walk into the townhome there is a large living room with cathedral ceilings, art deco furniture, 50" plasma TV and lots of plants. Then you walk up a flight of stairs to the dining area (large 6 seat dining table), a great kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator,microwave etc.) and a bathroom (without a shower) . The next flight of stairs takes you up to the bedrooms on the third level.
There are two bedrooms for sleeping and one other room DOES NOT have a bed. Thus my place ONLY sleeps up to two couples. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 42" plasma television, full bathroom, huge closet and drawer space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, huge closet and a full bathroom right outside the room. The entire place is approximately 1800 square feet. It's a home in which everybody seems to feel very comfortable. There is parking in a covered carport in the front of the building.

What a lovely experience! The owner of this beautiful town home left my family a scrumptious welcome gift and plenty of information about the area including discount tickets to area attractions. The description was accurate, though the place is much roomier than it seems in the pictures. Tastefully furnished, beautifully appointed rooms on a quiet street, the town home was the perfect place for our first VRBO experience. My husband, two teenagers and I were very comfortable here. The photos are very accurate and the property was clean and well-maintained. The owner was amazingly helpful to us every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in the wonderful Santa Monica area. There are simply too many amazing restaurants and shops to list here! This property is highly recommended! Thank you.
