I know you will love my 3 level townhouse. It is located 1-1/2 miles from the Santa Monica Beach on a quiet street. When you walk into the townhome there is a large living room with cathedral ceilings, art deco furniture, 50" plasma TV and lots of plants. Then you walk up a flight of stairs to the dining area (large 6 seat dining table), a great kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator,microwave etc.) and a bathroom (without a shower) . The next flight of stairs takes you up to the bedrooms on the third level.
There are two bedrooms for sleeping and one other room DOES NOT have a bed. Thus my place ONLY sleeps up to two couples. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, television, full bathroom, huge closet and drawer space. The second bedroom has a full size bed, huge closet and a full bathroom right outside the room. The entire place is approximately 2000 square feet. It's a home in which everybody seems to feel very comfortable. There is parking in a covered carport in the front of the building (2-3 cars can park tandem). |
