The dining area has a beautiful wood table surrounded by six chairs adjacent to granite kitchen counter top with bar stools.
The gulf front master bedroom has king size bed,Tiffany lamps, television, DVD, telephone, walk-in closet and access to the balcony through a separate door. The large master bath room has marble top vanity, bath tub and shower.
The guest bedroom has queen size bed, entertainment center, television, DVD, Tiffany lamps, telephone and is adjacent to the guest bathroom with marble top vanity, bath tub and shower.
Bunk room has two bunk beds, television, DVD, and decorating lamps. (sleeps two)

I have rented this unit for the month of January for both 2010 and 2011. As is apparent by the photos, the unit is tastefully decorated. It is very clean and I have been more than satisfied during my 2 months here. Pari is very responsive to inquiries and easy to deal with. I will be returning next year!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Seawind. The description of this condo didn't do justice to what was actually there. I will defintley be recommening this owner and condo to friends and family.

This condo has everything you could ask for. A beautiful view, just high enough to hear the sounds from the ocean and not the noise from the beach. the beach, The condo was emaculate, with beautiful furnishings. Our vacation here was perfect. The property was very clean and kid friendly. The owner was very helpful in determinating our needs. I would reccommend this property to everyone, and I will use this owner for all my beach vacation rentals.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about with this listing. Everything that was represented was accurate and the owner a joy to work with though out the process. The unit was updated, organized, very clean (with no odors), and amenities plentiful. Unit had ample room and storage (closets & dressers) for six guests, even the wireless connection was easy to establish with very good speed. Master bedroom was sizeable with private bath and large walk-in closet. Dishware, silverware and appliances were all clean and in working order. All appliances including the washer and dryer were in excellent condition and functioned well. The view was spectacular, if not breathtaking, and the location ideal with many retail establishments and restaurants well within walking distance. I do highly recommend this unit, and as a general rule a tough critic and customer. It truly was like being at home, away from home.
