My family and I had a wonderful stay. Jason was very helpful everytime that I contacted him. The villa was wonderful. The villa was maintained and clean. Just minutes from the attractions. We would highly reccommend to anyone and everyone traveling to the area.

WE had an awesome time in Florida. The house had everything you need, grocery store was close and convenient. Kids loved the game room and the pool. Two of the rooms beds were very worn out and the a/c was lockEd at 72 and you could not change it so for two days it was uncomfortable the high was 80, Fortunate the weather changed and it did get cold.

Owner response:Hi Sarah, Apologies re the AC, but the AC is locked at 72 as that is the recommended temp to be set at. I have had a thermostat broken before by a guest adjusting. We continually replace and update the home and I will check out the beds you mentioned, as they seemed fine recently so may have deteriorated rapidly in last couple of weeks. We had a wonderful 10 day stay at the Bushe Villa! The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The home was very comfortable for the five of us and has plenty of extra bedding, towels etc. The game room was nice and kept the kids occupied on a rainy day. The owner communicated excellent and was a pleasure to rent from. We recommend this house and look forward to staying there again soon.

Wonderful in every way

Wehad an absolute brilliant time! From our initial inquiry through VRBO right up to us leaving the owner (Jason) was so helpful and courteous. He did us a great deal, gave us information and insights into what we should do, where we should go etc etc.. a really nice guy! The house was impeccable and as clean as I have seen. The furniture is all new and very modern and very comfortable, we loved it. The kids loved tehgames room, and played pool etc for hours each night. The pool area is really nice, with crystal clear water and we had it warmed to stave off the chilly days ;) Its not overlooked and our kids could play in the payground where we could see them and actually talk to them it was so quiet. It also had the free use of a giant gas grill... All in all we had a wonderful vacation, and we will be going back to this house. We wouldnt even consider an alternative!! Thanks for wonderful memories...

Great south-facing pool; four bedrooms if needed, easily accessible to highways (I-4, SR 429) main routes etc.; nice, quiet neighborhood, near restaurants (Outback, T.G.I. Friday's, Longhorn Steakhouse) and supermarkets (Winn-Dixie, 2 Publix, Walmart) etc.as well as Disney World and Celebration City, and Kissimmee SR 192. Photos of interior are outdated in the living room as the furniture there and the dining area has all been updated and is much NICER than the photos. Although we were only two, the 4-bedroom property would be good for families as there is a kid-oriented bedroom, as well as games etc. in the "garage". In the public area behind the house is a small playground area....mostly designed for smaller children. But this was rarely a noisy area, and did not detract from our good time. Contacts with the owner were friendly and informative. Neighbors, both permanent and renters were great people. We absolutely would not hesitate in recommending this property.

Christmas present for the entire family

We truly enjoyed our stay. The owners and next door neighbor were very helpful. The house was very clean. The private pool was a definite highlight. After a fun day at Universal Studios and Epcot, our teenage boys could jump in the pool while we relaxed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location felt safe and was close to Disney World. However, we prefered Universal Studios over Disney due to the crowds at Disney. We would stay at this villa again and recommend it to family and friends.
