Orlando theme parks are just a 1 1/2 hour drive. Busch Gardens is a short distance located in Tampa. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightening and the American League Champion Ray's are a short drive away. The Yankee's and the Blue Jays spring train right in our back yard. If your looking for some adult time you can visit the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, the largest casino in the State of Florida with newly installed Las Vegas style slots and table games. You will agree there is never a dull moment on Florida's central gulf coast.
You can fish on your private pier, take a relaxing swim in the heated pool and unwind in the jacuzzi.

Why the Owner Chose Sand Dollar
Indian Shores is a great little beach community, unlike the larger beach town's it prides itself on being quiet and serence. We chose purchasing this condo in Sand Dollar because of its location in the building and the ammenties of the building itself. It has on sight management which is convenient for the renters. The management staff is friendly and accomadating and is reassuring as an owner that our renters are being taken care of. The condo building is well maintained. It has a private pier for Sand Dollar ONLY! And a lovely picnic and BBQ area. It also has tables under cover for getting out of the sun or inclement weather. Because of the large units the Sand Dollar attracts families and the kids have a great time between the beach, pier and the pool.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Florida's West Coast has beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Long walks along the beach. Lounging in your cabana and playing beach volley ball.

Our grandson's really enjoy this condo!
We purchased this condo in 2006 and immediately updated it. The "Sand Dollar" is a great condo with two and three bedroom units available. Ours is a two bedroom corner unit on the top floor with plenty of windows and plenty of sun light. It has 1400+ square feet so there is lots of room to roam. We reside ten miles south and try to get here as often as possible. I enjoy reading on the balcony with the Gulf of Mexico as my back drop. This is the first of two condo's we own in Indian Shores Florida.
