Family friendly, nicely appointed, spacious three bedroom (+ loft), 2-1/2 bath, two-story end unit townhouse in Seven Springs Mountain Resort's Swiss Mountain Development. Approximately 1500 square feet of newly carpeted, nicely decorated and furnished living space that is perfect for that all seasons family vacation getaway.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENTS OR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. WE ARE SELECTIVE RENTORS THAT PREFER FAMILY ORIENTED GROUPS SINCE THIS IS OUR SECOND HOME AND NOT JUST A RENTAL OR INVESTMENT PROPERTY. ADDITIONAL PHOTOS ARE AVAILABLE UPON EMAIL REQUEST. FREE 5 minute/2 mile Seven Springs operated shuttle service to/from Seven Springs Mountain Resort's Main Lodge, Ski Lodge, Ski Slopes, Hotel, Bars, Restaurants, Golf Course and Convention Center. Come and enjoy Seven Spring's year round fun including skiing, snow tubing, cross country, snowshoeing, indoor pool, bowling, miniature golf, arcade, outdoor hot tubs, massage center, golf, tennis, horseback riding, concerts and so much more. For summertime fun we are just a short 5 minute walk to the Swiss Mountain outdoor pool and tennis courts and only steps away from Shuttle Stop #15 for a quick free 5 minute ride to Seven Springs Resort Complex.

First level includes: spacious bedroom with double bed and built-in Kohler indoor hot tub, fully equipped kitchen with counter seating & adjacent dining area with table and chairs, open ceiling sunken family/living room with wood burning fireplace and adjacent sitting area with fold out sofa. Sliding glass door opens onto a wood deck w/propane grill. Cable TV with DVD Player and stereo rack system with ipod hookup.

Second level includes: spacious master bedroom with queen bed and full master bath with extra sink area and cable TV. Sliding glass door opens to a small elevated wood deck. Second bedroom with two twin beds and second full bath in hallway. Loft area (overlooking downstairs living area) with fold out sofa.

Although it rained on Monday as we were going home, the weather was awesome the rest of the time! Thanks again for all the detailed instructions, it really made everything easier! Your place was perfect--much nicer than the other two Swiss Mt condos I have stayed at in previous years. It was very comfortable....and we had an awesome time.   • Very nice townhouse in a mountain setting, surrounded on 2 sides by large pine trees. Spacious with great room with cathedral ceiling and cozy FP. Our entire family spent 4 days and felt at home away from home, enhanced by lots of snow and ambiance. Well equipped and superbly maintanined by the owners, who were great to deal with. We're coming back as soon as we can!

  • we enjoyed our 4 day stay here very much, this is a very nice unit, well stocked kitchen, comfortable home enviroment on end unit. quiet area of resort. accessable to entire resort offerings via shuttle service, drive or on foot. owner easy to communicate with via e mail, timely and openly gives phone contact #'s for any issues. would use this townhouse again and recommend to others.

  • We had a great time during our summer vacation. The property is ahort walk to the pool and pavillion. The shuttle stop is just out the front door. The owner's were accessible and responsive to our needs during our stay. My only negative is that 7 Springs does not have an active waste recycling plan. We walked all of our non-paper recycylables to the receptables at the pool.

  • We stayed at the McShane's condo for Memorial Day weekend, it was FANTASTIC! What a great lay out--we kept the downstairs bedroom for us, because it had an incredible, deep, jetted tub. What a way to relax! The bathroom, which has a locked door from that bedroom, shared with the downstairs floor was sufficient (even though no shower, it was perfect since we had the tub and could use the shower upstairs). Everything was sparkling clean, bright and sunny, and efficient heat. All the necessary supplies were there for cleaning up (I like that benefit of cleaning up after yourself vs. paying an extra fee). The kids were all comfy upstairs with the two bedrooms, the loft w/ futons. Plenty of seating room downstairs, the little corner off of the LR we didn't even use. The location was great, walking distance to the pool and some great roads through the other condos which provided ample length for a good run and bike riding. Definitely look forward to renting again, what a great floor plan!

  • We had an amazing time on our ski vacation. Staying at this beautiful townhouse was actually the highlight. The photos don't do it justice. It was gorgeous. Pristine condition, with all the amenities you could want. The kitchen had everything we needed, after taking a quick trip down the mountain for groceries. The owners are very pleasant to work with and offer great communication. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.
