CASA PACIFICA is a private, luxurious, Mexican traditional-styled, two-story house located ON THE OCEAN in a gated, secure community. Wall to wall glass facing the water. Relax, unwind, and fall asleep to the sounds of rolling surf. Sand year-round in a large picturesque cove with a friendly swimming beach. Great for boogieboards, surfboards, and bodysurfing.
Watch the dolphins play on the glassy, mirrored, morning waves in your cove. Enjoy colorful panoramic views and sunset margaritas on your balcony off the living room or step down to the spacious oceanfront patio off the master bedroom. There are cool breezes all summer long. Envision using your private jacuzzi, enclosed in its own special room, off the patio, looking out to the stars and surf at night.
The house is only 1 1/2 miles away, south, from bustling downtown Rosarito, yet you feel secluded and quiet, away from the world in your private beach house. Scenic oceanfront restaurants are minutes away. Your kitchen is fully equipped but the opportunity for delicious brunches, lobster tacos for snacks, and appetizing dinners are relatively inexpensive so it is very tempting to eat out for most meals.
Please be aware that we prefer l-2 mature couples over 30 years of age or one family. Property not suitable for young children. The third bedroom should be for separation of children or an adult needing a personal bed. This is a quiet community and would hope that everyone would be respectful of the neighbors and community. No fireworks allowed. l0 PM noise curfew per homeowner's regulations. This is not a party home but a place to unwind, relax, and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
Boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, sand toys, umbrellas, Propane BBQ, etc. are provided. For your convenience you'll find high speed internet, two north American satellite TV's (one large) with 300+ channels including sports and free incoming/outgoing phone use to Canada and US. Just bring your bathing suit and a big smile. So much to do.... or... not do. It's so beautiful, you won't want to leave.

- Kid Friendly: Great for a family with children of eight yrs. or older who are under good supervision - house and immediate environment not toddler friendly. Also, it is a 'home' not just a rental: white carpeting and nice furnishings so you know whether this is suitable for your family.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We prefer mature adults 30 years and older (i.e. 1-2 couples maximum) or ONE family. This is a nice, quiet, private, guarded, 24 hr. security neighborhood of large homes with permanent residents. Outdoor partying and fireworks not permitted in this community per Homeowners Association.
