Relax in our brand new Condo with decorator furnishings. Features include a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and GE Profile appliances, separate dining area, breakfast bar, and laundry area with washer and dryer. The gorgeous living area includes a flat screen TV/DVD and opens to a fully furnished balcony with breathtaking beachfront views from our 15th floor.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and second television. The bunk area sleeps two additional guests and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area also sleeps two.
First class amenities include beachfront pool, hot tub, tiki bar next to the beachfront pool, where you can order your favorite drink, and free high speed internet access. The pool is heated seasonally. The Floridita Pool is Awesome! Located next to the parking garage, this pool is child friendly with a shallow pool and larger, heated pool for adults. It features a full service bar & grill! Enjoy a fresh cup of Starbucks coffee which is located on the garage side, bottom floor. In Florida's largest crosswalk, is the Sky Bar. While in the Sky Bar, watch TV on one of many TV's while dining on Carraba's fine Cusine!

* $300 Security and Damage Deposit required and refunded after satisfactory inspection of unit.
* Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
* This is a "Non-Smoking" and "No Pets" Unit.
