Newly Remodeled in March 2006 and designer decorated with a Vibrant South Beach look, this 6 unit condominium complex welcomes you with comfortable luxury. Large and inviting entryway welcomes you to kick back on your vacation by leaving the golf clubs, sandals, surf board and flip flops as you enter the condo.
The unit is beautifully decorated with a warm and upscale yet beachy and inviting feel. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, and chairs along with a with our entertainment center featuring a TV, DVD, CD stereo system – all this with a gorgeous southwesterly view and doors and direct access to the balcony overlooking the Sugary Beach & Emeralds Green Gulf Waters.
MASTER BEDROOM features Queen-size bed and private bath. Large bathroom features garden tub/shower jaquzzi. The bed and coordinating furnishings are beautiful with cheerful colors and beachy artwork including a flat screen TV. Just listen to the peaceful waves! The closet will comfortably hold all your personal items.
This bedroom along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA allow the unit to sleep 4.
The open KITCHEN area has beautiful Cabinetry and with beautiful granite counter tops accented with black appliances. Kitchen bar seats four (4).

Why the Owner Chose Anna Maria
The Beach House Resort is one of the closest Condos to the water on the island. During high tide the gulf is only 50' from the condo sea wall. The sunsets are absolutely awesome, you can see for miles up and down the beach. Its one of the most relaxing units on the island, with Dolphines playing in the surf in the morning or watching the sun set in the evening.

Just got back from staying a week at this Beach House Condo. An excellent stay, the only way things could have been better is if we could have continued to stay forever! Very relaxing, centrally located, excellent food all over the Island. Will be back next year!!!!!!!
Recommended for:Age 55+.
Will hopefully be coming back!!

Tonight is actually our last night here at the Beach House Condo. I really hate to leave. We were extremely pleased with the condo and location. The pictures and description were very accurate. The condo was clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The location couldn't have been better. We explored the whole island, and decided this was the best area to be staying. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The trolly stops right out back of the building. We loved watching the beautiful sunsets, either from the beach right out our door, or on cooler nights, right from the living room window. The dolphins were playing in the water every morning between 8-9 am. Make sure and check out the Banana Cabana. Excellent food. Thanks Keith!!! Everything went smoothly and we loved our stay. Hopefully we will be back.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
