Sea Grass Flats is located at 101N. 25th Street North in Bradenton Beach. The four unit complex is only steps away from one of the widest beaches on the island. There is a lovely pool and barbeque area. A short walk to watch the sunrise over the bay or just sit on your balcony to watch the sunset over the Gulf!
This two bedroom two bath unit will sleep six with a king, two twins, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This beautiful unit has just undergone complete renovations in 2007 with all new furnishings, appliances and accessories.
Large and inviting entryway welcomes you to kick back on your vacation by leaving the golf clubs, sandals, surf board and flip flops as you enter the condo.
The unit is beautifully decorated with a warm and upscale yet beachy and inviting feel. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, and chairs along with a with our entertainment center featuring a 36" TV, DVD, CD stereo system – all this with a gorgeous view from the balcony overlooking the Sugary Beach & Gulf.
MASTER BEDROOM features Queen-size bed and private bath. Large bathroom features tub/shower. The bed and coordinating furnishings are beautiful with cheerful colors and beachy artwork including a 27” TV. Just listen to the peaceful waves! Generous closet will comfortably hold all your personal items.
SECOND BEDROOM also has Twin-sized beds and bath. Lovely light colored furnishings and artwork welcome you to lie back and relax. Unwind while enjoying television or a movie on the DVD player in your bedroom.
These bedrooms along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA allow the unit to sleep 6 plus.
The open KITCHEN area has beautiful White Cabinetry with DINING table which seats four (4). Your Seagrass Condo provides easy access to the Anna Maria Island's sugar white sands and emerald green waters.
The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to a wonderful day - - - or the beginning of an exciting evening. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction.
The large PRIVATE POOL provides fun for kids and adults alike. Soak up the sun, build your tan and let the kids play. If you feel like eating in, a BBQ grill is pool-side located at main level for your use.
