Welcome to the newly renovated Calm Seas Condominium. You will just love this beautiful first floor, one bedroom with extra bunk bed sleeping quarters. It is conveniently located one quarter block from the South Padre Island beach access. The Island Cinema is at the end of the street and famous Black Beards Restaurant is a short three block walk. It has a lovely backyard patio area with dining set for your enjoyment of the sea breezes.
This 640 square foot unit has been newly remodeled. It has All New furniture, beds and accessories. The kitchen was remodeled with granite counters and new appliances, cooking utensils and lighting. The bathroom was remodeled with granite counter, custom tiled tub/shower with luxury shower head. The inside has beautiful tile flooring, custom paint, ceiling fans, ornate mouldings, designer bedding... to name just a few. Sleeps four comfortably, six maximum.
Outside you will enjoy the semi private patio with dining set and Weber barbecue.
The unit comes fully stocked with a high efficiency front loading washer/dryer, luxury high count bed linens, beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, puzzles, games, and even a red wagon (to tote your items a few steps to the beach). Please take a look at the pictures below.
Just bring your clothes, sun screen, and toiletries. The Blue Marlin Super Market can deliver groceries right to your door (for an additional fee).
No smoking or pets. One Adult must be 25 years or older.
