We invite you to be our guest in our comfortable Gulf front vacation condominium. Our spacious and tastefully decorated unit is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the white sand beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach , Florida.
The Gulf front living room with spacious 271 square feet balcony has been decorated with beautiful flowers and wall hangings, custom made drapes, queen size sofa bed and love seat, entertainment center , television, DVD,VCR and CD player.
The dining area is occupied with comfortable chairs around the beautiful wood table next to granite kitchen counter with bar stools.
The Gulf front master bedroom has a king size bed, television, DVD, CD player, telephone, closet and access to the balcony through a separate door. The master bathroom has a vanity, bath tub and shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, television, DVD, CD player and its own bathroom with vanity, bath tub and shower.
The kitchen has all kinds of appliances including a refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, utensils, variety of glasses, dishes, pots and pans.
The laundry closet has a large capacity washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Stayed at this condo for Florida Ironman, good location, beautiful beaches. Condo was great,exactly, as pictured on Website. Owner was most helpful for any questions we had. We would recommend this unit to any friend or relative.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Everything was as expected, the location was great and the patio was huge. Would stay there again!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
You should probably consider hiring a new cleaning crew....

For the most part, the condo looked as it appeared in the pictures. The biggest disappointment was how dirty the condo was. I had to go through and clean everything before we could start our vacation. I had to go to Wal-mart to buy pillows because the ones provided were absolutely disgusting. There were greasy hand prints on the kitchen appliances and dried up food all over the counter tops. The floor was so dirty that after walking around bare foot for five minutes, it looked like we had been walking in the street. There is a sofa bed, but there was no way anyone could sleep on the very flattened and uncomfortable mattress. I made the owner aware of how dirty the condo was and I told her how I had to clean everything in order to be comfortable. She did apologize and offer to refund the cleaning fee but she never did send it to me.
Owner response:Our arrival time is 4:00 PM and the departure time is 10:00 AM. The guest is informed of this timing policy before they reserve and pay; however, this particular guest had arrived before our cleaning group had completed the cleaning. It is our policy to make sure all of our units to be cleaned before guest’s arrival. We cannot help it if guest arrives in the middle of cleaning or before that.

Unit was as looked and discribed on website, but was in need of an overall paint job. Walls were dirty. This did not deter our stay, and was clean otherwise. Location was very convenient to everything, and condo had everything we needed. We always cook a few meals and have lunches in the condo. Also used washer and dryer in unit. Overall property was well maintained, but pool area and boardwalk to beach could have been cleaned more regularly to reduce sand tracking. Watched man spray off area around pool at the building next door every morning. Never saw ours cleaned in seven days. Pool was clean and spacious. Indoor and out door hot tubs were great. Great view from the balcony, but furniture on patio not as pictured. Had comfortable chase, but table and chairs were cheap plastic. Gulf World, St. Andrews State Park, Greyhound racing at Ebro, Hidden Lagoon mini golf and the best go carts in the world, Sherlock's Mystery Dinner Theater, Pineapple Willy's, and captain Jack's lunch buffet (you can add crab legs for $10.95 and it makes it cheaper than dinner cost with a huge portion of crab legs) are all things our family enjoys and would recommend to anyone!

As far as painting is concerned, once a year, after Labor Day, we paint the units, wash & clean carpets , and deep clean all of our condominiums. In addition to that, we restalk the kitchen, all the necessities, and furniture if it's needed. Due to possible storms & hurricanes, we do not use heavy patio furniture as a matter of precaution. Thanks again for staying with us.

went down for a 3 day trip with a group of girls. The condo was GREAT! It was right on the beach and close to anything and everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend it and will hopefully be going back soon!
