Absolutely beautiful and spacious Charleston style home. Second Row 5 bedroom/5.5 baths with pool. Like new with great views of the ocean. Very convenient location can walk to the supermarket, restaurants, etc. Cherry Grove is in my opinion the nicest area in North Myrtle beach. 2 large decks to enjoy the view and relax after a day at the beach. Why pay for oceanfront when you can have a nicer place for a better price. Perfect place for golfers. Sorry No Student Groups.

This beach rental home is beautiful! Not only is it spacious enough for a large group, but it was very nicely decorated and clean. While the pictures on this site are nice, this house is better in person. The wood floors and carpet are in outstanding condition and the living room furniture appeared to be new furniture. There is plenty of seating for everyone- inside and outside on the decks. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities. The location of this home is perfect as well. You are literally within walking distance to all kinds of shops, restaurants and grocery store. There is a convenient beach access right across the street from this home as well. The street is a little busy, but we had no trouble crossing since traffic would stop when we went to cross the street. The communal pool was also a plus. Even though several homes share this pool, it was never crowded. The shaded parking area was nice as well since your car never got hot from the sun, and the outdoor shower was invaluable. We typically stay in a hotel when we vacation at Myrtle Beach and we are always ready to leave at the end of the week. However, we loved staying at this house so much that none us were ready to leave come week's end. We could have easily stayed another week. The only recommendations we have for this home is to add Wifi and attempt to fix the entrance to the parking area. The raised bump on the left side of the entrance to the parking area caused every car we had to scrape underneath when backing out. We tried every tactic to prevent the scraping, but nothing seemed to work. Backing out from the right side would help, but that was not always possible since we always had a car parked on that side. We were able to fit 3 family sided cars and a Suburban in the parking area comfortable. We probably could have fit another car in the space with no problem. Rented this home week of May 21, 2011. Owner said that there was elevator in home that we could use and I need one because of arthritic knees, am not suppose to use stairs. When we arrived, we were told that the elevator was broken, and would not be fixed while we were there. Tried to call owner, but he didn't return my call. We stayed all week, without the use of an elevator which was the SOLE reason we rented this home. The owner knew this. The house had dust covering the furniture most of the furniture had dirt under it. The dishwasher was full of dishes, there were candy bar wrappers, and a man's shirt under one of the beds, commodes and showers needed cleaning. A lot of money to pay for a home that we had to clean, and a broken elevator.Owner response: An appointment with an elevator repair service was made as soon as I was notified the elevator wasn't operating properly. When I found out they could not service the elevator for a week due to workload I had an electrician come to the house to look at the elevator. He said everything was working properly. When I came to the house the day after the customer left the elevator WAS WORKING when all the doors were closed properly. The property management company said they had sent their cleaner before the client arrived. The house has all new hardwood flooring and furniture and is absolutely beautiful . Feel the client was disappointed that they could not firgure out how to operate the elevator which normally is only for owners use and said they could use it as a courtesy.
